The last 4–5 km of the road to the property is under construction. A car can easily access it, but if needed, pickup and drop from Naggar Castle will be arranged.
All mobile networks work fairly well here.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
There is a friendly dog that resides on the premises of the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All-male groups are not allowed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Please note that outside food is not allowed.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
This is a pet-friendly property.
In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights for a few hours.
There are CCTV cameras that capture the living area for security purposes.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

The parking space is approximately 100 metres away from the property.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 11 PM.
Kindly note, there are 2 units on the premises of the property.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
