Please note that the swimming pool will not be operational during the month of May.
Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
There may be power cuts for 5-10 minutes, however, power backup is available.
Loud music is not allowed in common areas and post 10:00 PM.
Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
The caretaker is available everyday between 9 am to 5 pm only.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All-male groups are not allowed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Please note, the swimming pool is shared, and not private to the villa.
Guests are requested to convey their dinner preferences to the caretaker beforehand.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Since the stay is a part of a gated society, guests are requested to adhere to the society rules.

Pets are allowed in the house but not in the pool.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 6 hours.
This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Alcohol consumption is allowed.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
