StayVista at Sage Villa

- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- The villa attendant stays on the premises of the same property.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- This is a standalone property with another unit on the same premises.
- Use of the lawn for events or external setups will incur additional charges, based on requirements and guest count.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property. There is a lift and ramp present at the property.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed on the property. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
PET POLICY
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
- Ordering-in of outside food is not allowed.
POLICIES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected in cash before check-in.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 3000 per pet, per day.
