- ALCOHOL STRICTLY PROHIBITED: We maintain an alcohol-free environment to prioritise women's safety, family comfort, and a peaceful atmosphere.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our property is designed for peaceful stays, families, couples, and responsible travellers—not parties or gatherings.
- NO LOUD MUSIC OR DISTURBANCE: We are located in a prime residential neighbourhood. Please respect our neighbours and other guests.
- RESPECT PRIVACY: The host's family lives on the ground floor. Please respect their privacy and use only the areas allocated to guests.
- SMOKING ONLY IN THE DESIGNATED OUTDOOR AREA: This helps maintain clean rooms, fresh air, and a comfortable indoor environment for everyone.
- VALID GOVERNMENT ID REQUIRED: Guest identification is necessary for responsible check-in and property security.
- NO UNAUTHORISED VISITORS: Only registered guests are permitted unless the host approves otherwise. This helps maintain security and privacy.
- NO KITCHEN OR FOOD SERVICE: Guests must arrange their own meals. Drinking water is provided.
- PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Two-wheeler parking only. Car parking is unavailable within the property.
- KEEP SHARED AREAS CLEAN: Please take care of the first-floor hall, entrance, and staircase, which are shared access areas.
- RESPECT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This allows our team to prepare the rooms properly for incoming guests.
- FOLLOW SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: Please use appliances responsibly and switch off the AC and geyser when not required, especially before leaving.
