We came here on a stopover in Siliguri and absolutely adored it. What immediately strikes you is the peace and quiet inside the hotel. There is a calm sense. The rooms are spacious, the housekeeping is good, the staff is efficient and the food is good. No need to go outside to look for places to eat, the chef is more than happy to create a meal that suits your taste buds. If you require something in an emergency, there is a small supermarket next door, and Hong Kong Market is a short auto ride away. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This is the finest place to stay. Even though I've traveled to quite a few foreign countries and all of our states, I won't be boasting. But, by far, the loft was the best.. If you're looking for cleanliness, this is the place to go. I am confident that everything was spotless, even the linens and toilets, and the personnel was friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in until we departed at 4:30 in the morning. The staff deserves praise because the cuisine is out of this world. I mean amazing, I ordered the chef's unique amritsari brochure and Mandarin platter. Guys, this is a must-have, and even if it's not on the menu, ask for it. Even an additional day there is worth it because you won't regret it. I once again had an amazing idea for a stuffed breakfast, and I was astounded by how much effort it had been put into putting together. It was everything there. Thank you a lot at the team loft for making this visit so memorable and filled. Keep up the wonderful work you are doing.

Everything is fantastic in the loft. Staff are friendly and efficient. The food is excellent, including the buffet breakfast. A very comfortable bed with quality bedding towels. The air conditioning is effective and the rooms are big. We had a quiet room at the back of the hotel.

One hotel quality that deserves special mention, because as a single lady traveler I was only attended by the hotel's female staff. I liked the reassuring and friendly attitude of the restaurant and front office.

The price is reasonable. The employees are very friendly and have good manners. The rooms are large, clean and well-furnished. Food is wonderful and the next day's breakfast is great. This place is in a trendy area, very close to the nap station. Easily accessible by car. I have a great experience here. I will recommend it to everyone.
