Ukiyo Villa Nora 4Bhk w/ Private Pool

1. We welcome families, couples and mixed groups; we do not usually allow gentlemen-only
groups.
2. Check-in time: 1400 hrs.; check-out time: 1100 hrs. Early check-in and late checkout will be
subject to availability and extra charges.
3. For any weddings and parties at any of our villas, we will incur venue charges as directed by the management, depending on the volume of the event.
4. Our homes are located in local residential villages and are in a gated community, which forces us
to allow loud music and parties not beyond 2200 hours as per local police laws
5. We collect security deposit amount as directed by the management according to the
duration and location of the stay. This will be used as compensation for any misuse or damage
and missing assets observed during the stay. The same is refunded within 7–10 working days
in the guest’s bank account or the source account post-departure.
6. Drugs and narcotics consumption and possession are strictly prohibited; if found, management
is forced to take this matter through legal grounds. Smoking cigarettes is allowed only in the
designated smoking zones about which the guests will be briefed upon arrival at the villa. If
If anyone is seen smoking inside the villa, management will charge fine of Rs. 10,000 for the same.
7. Spitting of Pan-Masala and Gutkha is strictly prohibited on the premises; if found, a fine of Rs.
5000/- will be charged.
8. The provision of guest-related data should be accurate with regards to composition of group
members (number of adults, children, servants, nannies, etc.). Management will not be able to
allow any guest who seems not to be part of the announced group during the booking. Any
incremental amendments should be communicated to the management within a couple of days
prior to the arrival.
9. We allow pets (only dogs and cats) with a pet-cleaning charge as directed by the management. This is used to outsource a deep cleaning vendor with the required equipment and cleaning chemicals. To clean the villa post-departure.
10. It is mandatory to use swimming costumes in the swimming pool. The guest must not use
cotton garments in the swimming pool for safety and hygiene reasons.
11. Children should be under the parent’s scrutiny and guidance during the use of swimming
pool. Management will not be responsible for any accidents or miss-haps caused by
any negligence towards the kids.
12. The male and female staff will be staffed from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., respectively.
