This Bali style villa uses contemporary elements with old world charm. This spacious villa is designed for sharing, and is an idyllic venue for family or friend reunions and get-together. Whether your party number is 8 or 12 people, our charming and attentive staff will look after your every need. Phase 11 is arguably one of the most breathtaking Bali styled villas in Goa and just a 12 minute walk to Calangute beach. The Villa has 4 air conditioned bedrooms and all bathrooms are en-suite.

Key Features of Phase 11:

☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has  AC in the living room,  4 AC bedrooms & 4 en-suite bathrooms with shared swimming pool.  Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 3 king-size beds & 2 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability. 

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Genset onsite).

☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.

The new PARTY ROOM at Phase 11 is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, booth seating, photo worthy backdrop and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am.  You can get your own DJ and drinks too. 

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks  for an extra cost.
