The pool, shared only with our neighboring Villa Calangute Phase 3, is ideal for kids to splash while parents relax. With shops and eateries nearby, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxed family holiday in Goa.

→ Daily Housekeeping for 4 hours→ Housekeeping services are provided daily, between 2 PM and 6 PM, by the staff. If required to be carried out in the guests' presence, please inform the manager 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.

→ Kitchen for self-cooking + option to hire a private chef

→ Private Parking for 2 cars + 24/7 security & power backup

→ For stays of 3 nights or less, no replacement of linen or towels

Other things to note
🏊 Shared Pool: Phase 3 and Phase 4 each have private entrances and parking, but the central swimming pool is shared between the two villas.

→ No pets allowed
→ No smoking indoors – permitted only in balconies or garden areas
→ STRICT QUIET HOURS – 9:00 PM ONWARDS. Goa law prohibits loud music, drums, fireworks, and excessive noise from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. We respect our senior citizen neighbours and maintain a quiet environment after 9:00 PM.
→ Management is not responsible for loss/theft. Please use the digital safe for valuables
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
