House Rules and Policies:
-Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
-Please refrain from accessing the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
-No unregistered guests are allowed during the stay
-Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm, we would encourage the quiet time to listen to the sounds of nature
-Enjoy your alcohol, but only within limits. Misconduct under influence is not allowed.
-Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
-We love art, but use of sketch pens, geometrical objects or any drawing material is not allowed in the living area.
-Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms/villa/lawns.
-The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
-One must wear swimming attire and shower in the restroom near the pool, before entering the pool. Please use pool towels only.
-Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
-As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
-Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
-No crackers or colors are permitted in this home.
-All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
- Guests need to pay a refundable deposit of 10000 Rs, before checkin
-If no damages are observed, the security deposit will be returned by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size.
MEALS :
We can arrange meals too (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with an extra cost.

EVENT:
We allow Events in this property( with additional charges), but only they should be pre-approved.
