Any stains left on the bedsheets, towels will be charged 1000-2000 Rs each at our decision
We will not be responsible for any loss of your property and belongings, so we advise you to not leave any valuables when you leave the room or in the property.
Free parking just outside the complex but at your own risk, we do have 24 hours security and CCTV cameras in common areas.
Illegal activities, Drugs & prostitution not allowed.
Loss of the key is chargeable by 1500 Rupees
Any damages to the property will be charged as per our hotels decision
Drinking, eating, smoking playing loud music in or near the pool is strictly restricted.
Proper swimming costume is required for pool use or a fine per person is there.
Only 2 towels will be provided during the stay and will be changed after every alternative day. Bedsheets and other linen will be changed after every 3 days of stay,
We are located inside a resort and have our own rooms inside this so for any requirement only our appointed staff will be available at your service kindly do not disturb the resort staff and do not expect any kind of service from them. Our staff will be always there when called to help you either in person or by phone during day time only.
There are restricted check in and check out hours please check with us all timings before making the bookings
Our guest our expected to leave the place neat and clean before checkout, all disposables need to be properly kept in the dustbin, food waste at all times should be put in the dustbins and not left in the kitchen or the property anywhere, there will be a fine for that.
We have a Inverter for back up but due to non functionable of any kind of our property facilities which includes electricity, water, TV, Air-conditions, any appliances or gadgets we will try our level best to rectify it at the earliest without any time frame and no refund will be given or any compensation given under any circumstances.
This is a studio apartment so there is no wall between the bedroom and hall.
There is no refund for early checkout for whatever reasons.
Visitors are not allowed inside the room at anytime
