IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

1. All guests are required to share their government ;s before check in as per government guidelines for security/safety purposes.
2. Visitors/extra guests are strictly not allowed. Security will deny access to any additional person who is not listed as per booking & booking will be cancelled with no refund.
3. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited & will invite a fine of INR 1500 if signs of smoking found inside the apartment.
Smoking is allowed in the balcony. Enjoy your smoke with a beautiful view. Ashtray is provided in the balcony pls use the same.
4.Cleaning services are provided on a daily basis which includes sweeping, mopping & dishes too if needed.
5. Towels /linen are replaced on demand only after minimum 3 days of usage, pls support us on conserving nature & saving precious water which goes waste in washing towels & linen that has hardly been used.
6. Pls keep the house key secure, the loss of which will entail a fine, the highly secure locks are not easy to have duplicate keys made of.
7. We only occasionally host "men only" groups. So if you are "men only" group pls confirm with us before booking.
8. Check in time is 1 pm & Check out time is 11 am.
9. For coffee & cooking purposes we have provided induction,  microwave oven, tea cattle & toaster. We do not provide LPG gas connection for security & safety purposes.
We do provide basic items like Tea , Sugar & Salt for guest convenience. Super markets & vegetables shops are 5 minute walk away.
It's very easy to reach Nerul next to Candolim North Goa.  Taxis may get you in an hour from Dabolim Airport. For your convenience we are happy to provide contacts of reliable car rental services on request.
