Guests Checking In After 8 PM:
- Keys and access can be collected from the mailbox room in the lobby, right next to the Orchard lift.
- Guests can use the on-call staff service which costs Rp. 150,000.
Every guest who stays is required to provide a deposit of IDR 500,000. We will return the deposit at check out. Maximum transfer time is 6 pm
