The hotel is perfectly situated just outside the busy bud center and right next to Cancan ridge walk. The hotel being right next to a thick jungle creates a fantastic atmosphere with all the exotic sounds rather than scooter peers. The villas are a bit small, but they all have a patiobalcony and air conditioning. We loved the pool and the cute cafe where you can enjoy delicious breakfast and lunches and dinners. What a magical feeling it was to swim in the pool at night! The staff at Ant villas is very helpful and friendly. The amount of steps were actually less than we expected after reading all the reviews here. I could definitely bring my 6-year-old here.

Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini! Pengalaman yang sangat bagus di hotel ini! Tempatnya megah dengan pemandangan pura, sungai dan hutan. Tempat tidurnya rata-rata. Staf ramah, membantu dan sangat ramah. Pusat kota berjarak 20 menit berjalan kaki.

Pengalaman yang sangat bagus. Staf yang menyenangkan dan sangat membantu. Hotel ini terletak di tengah yang ideal untuk liburan. Suasananya tetap tenang meskipun berada di pusat kota. Kolam renang dan pemandangannya sangat indah. Kelemahannya adalah kamar mandinya agak tua.

The cafe is nice, and the breakfast is nice and fresh. The steps leading to the pool area are steep, and it can get slippery. Great location, just down the hill from the main part of ubud.

Kamarnya bagus, tempat tidurnya bagus dan sarapannya enak. Saran saya jika memesan untuk 4 orang, ambil villa 2 kamar tidur dengan pemandangan sungai yang indah. Ruang keluarga lainnya tidak memilikinya. Selain itu, baunya tidak sedap di kamar.

The hotel is pleasant and peaceful, with a 15minute walk to the main center. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast is delicious, although the menu is simple.

A fantastic pool where you can actually swim. A beautiful view. Very friendly staff. The room was cleaned daily, with clean towels and water. A water boiler so you can make coffee or tea in the room. Quiet but close to everything. A small library or workspace with coffee and fast internet, where you can also get a bintang to drink on your porch. Nothing more to ask for. I absolutely loved it. I had room nr 7, which had a bed too small for a grownup couple, but was perfect for me as a solo traveler.

We arrived at anis villa one night before our booking due to a misunderstanding but gusti, she helped us anyway! All our stay was beautiful, we werent expecting such great service, such room service every day. We had breakfast included which was really good but even if you didnt, their menu in short talks is delicious. The location is great, the view is beautiful every morning, the pool is on the river and youre surrounded by so many plants and trees that you feel like living in a jungle. Would go again and recommend to anyone! Thank you anis villa Hippo and marce.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ani's. The property boasts stunning views of the river, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it to others. However, there are a few areas that could enhance our stay, such as improving maintenance of the pool, which our husband accidentally injured himself, and replacing the toilet seat in the villa, which appears to be a minor inconvenience.

Kamarnya sangat besar. Kamar mandinya bocor kemana-mana dan lembap. Kami tidak menggunakan dapur karena peralatannya dalam kondisi buruk. Teras kamar dengan pemandangan candi. Kolam renangnya keruh selama beberapa hari. Sarapannya enak. Tapi untuk apa yang kami bayar, itu lebih dari bagus.

Lokasinya bagus, dengan alam yang indah di Ubud. Terlalu jauh untuk berjalan ke pusat. Kamarnya tidak tertata (kami memiliki 2 kamar atau ruang keluarga): Kamar sangat kosong (minimal yang diperlukan ada di sana, foto kamar lebih baik dan tidak terkini). Bangunannya lembab dan Anda bisa mencium baunya. AC sebagian berfungsi. Air panas membawa keberuntungan. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah waktu yang tepat untuk renovasi. Sejauh yang kami tahu, harga lokasi terlalu mahal untuk kualitas kamar. Orang-orangnya sangat baik dan bermanfaat.

I would recommend it to solo travelers. I stayed here for just over a week on my own and chose it because it was a bit out of the center of ubud and away from the noise. However, i was woken up every morning at 6.10 by someone sweeping loudly right outside my door. I appreciate the need to clean things clean but maybe try to let people sleep past 6 am please! The room was basic, the bed was very hard but it didnt bother me after a few nights. The shower was always hot (harder than you would think! The staff were friendly and helped with motorbike rental and laundry. Breakfast is standard homestay fare for ubud, but you eat it at the little talk cafe upstairs. I understand that anis staff uses the kitchen for this, but i kept seeing the most delicious alternative food brought out by little talk, which proved how much lower quality ani's breakfast is! Maybe offer your guests the same breakfast served by little talks so we dont have to see the difference? Apart from that, its a cheap and cheerful place to stay in ubud with decent wifi.

Tempat yang sangat bagus dengan kamar yang besar, kolam renang yang besar, sarapan yang enak, kami berada di sana bersama keluarga, semua orang menikmatinya kecuali saya karena suara air terjun yang membuat saya tidak bisa tidur, air di dekatnya memberikan kesegaran tetapi juga kelembapan. The hotel is about a 15minute walk from the city center of ubud, and the views are pleasant. The breakfast is excellent for a reasonably priced lodging, and the staff is quite pleasant. Without an atmosphere, the rooms are tidy and functional.

Ada seseorang yang menulis ulasan bagus. Mungkin jumlahnya berbeda, tapi angka kami buruk. Inilah perumahan Indonesia. Wastafel rendah setinggi lutut, showernya dilapisi batu yang dikumpulkan dari jalan. Ini menyerap kelembapan dan tidak mengering. Itulah sebabnya kamar mandinya bau sekali! Saya tidak bisa pergi ke sana! Tidak ada stop kontak di tempat tidur dan meja samping tempat tidur karena ini bukan standar Eropa. Tapi yang terpenting, karena lembab, semuanya berjamur! Hotel tidak terlihat di foto. Tapi jamur hitam ada di mana-mana Mereka mungkin tidak tahu bahwa itu berbahaya. Pakaian dan linen lembab! Mereka menghemat handuk. Dan baunya tidak enak: dengan kelembapan ini dan itu. Singkatnya, kami pergi saja dari sana.

I will definitely be returning in 2023. Anis villas provides a comfortable stay within all offered amenities including a pool and cafe. The rooms are very homey and make you feel very safe. The cleanliness was excellent. The staff were beyond amazing, very helpful and professional at all times and made you feel like you could talk to them about almost anything. This was my first time in bali and im so glad i chose anis villas for the whole two weeks.
