Hotel yang sangat bagus dengan pelayanan staf yang sangat membantu.

Theres a lot of potential, but it lacks so much attention to detail! We stayed in no. 17. When you arrive, everything appears fantastic until you notice the little things. The tv upstairs is not working, and the staff has confirmed it was broken. For a villa that sleeps 6, there are two drinking glasses and one wine glass. The pool deck timber is rotten and falling apart, and the deck furniture is strategically placed to cover the failing deck boards. The air conditioning upstairs is insufficient, it does not cool the rooms to a comfortable level. The showers are extremely unclean. Years of other peoples dirt, soap scum, and bacteria are left on the pebbles on the shower floor. The coffee is adequate and always delivered on time, but the breakfast provided isnt great. The pool itself is lovely! A 20minute scooter ride or 45minute drive will take you to any touristy, delicious food, nightlife, or shopping. A few simple upgrades and the location would be fantastic!.
