This hotel is the number one choice when visiting Bali. When we got back, this place is our home. We spent two nights here and wished we could have stayed longer if we had the time. Situated amid the rainforest, you wake up to one of Bali's stunning views with trees, a terrace of ricefields, and mountains in the background, including the well-known Mount Aging. You may rent a scooter for the day for 65, 00 IDR, which is reasonably priced, to get to sidemen and other tourist attractions around the island. This business's employees are genuinely friendly and accommodating, and they will gladly assist you with anything you require. The freshly prepared food is among the best traditional cuisines we've had in Bali. For brunch, we heartily recommend the gadogado. The rooms are also very clean, spacious, and have a sizable bathroom that gives off the tropical outdoor bathroom vibe.

My best buddy and I enjoyed our stay at Stand Swap Estate. We stayed on the top floor with a great view over the rice fields and a beautiful sunset. The area is remote and we adored it but there are still many wrongs and small shops nearby. The room was comfortable and had a nice shower. We rented a scooter from stand and explored eastern Bali, which was wonderful and gave us a lot of freedom. Make sure the tires are well inflated. Gust is a great and helpful manager, and he took us to a Balinese hindu cleansing ceremony, which was a wonderful spiritual experience we had to pay, but it was worth it. The host, Petri, is the kindest woman we have ever met in Bali. She always made us a welcome drink, gave us snacks, made a delicious breakfast, kept our room super clean, and got us ready for the ceremony. She has a very warm heart, and we're going to miss her. The aircorn was fairly good if you know how to use it. Use the cool setting and not the fan setting. The only negative was the noisy music from the nearby school, which started very early, but I guess it was a special event, not uncommon. Thank you for making us feel at home Petri and

I really recommend Stand swap, it's a really nice apartment with a perfect view and great staff. If you want to see Lempuyang temple or pure besakih sideman and Stand Swap will be the best starting point for you

I was looking for a quiet place to stay after leaving a retreat, and stand swap was the perfect place. Its quiet, remote, and right next to nature. I booked the honeymoon suite, which had a brick wall interior and large windows that opened into the jungle. Morning sun shines through my room, and the sounds of the river below are constant companions. The pool deck is a great place to relax, I never got tired sitting outside and taking in the views. The property faces east and the terrace gets the warm morning sun. The owners gust and au were great hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. I think for some people the remoteness might be a problem, but for me it was perfect. If I wanted to be picky, the bathroom does not have natural ventilation, but I just left the door open after use and it's not a problem. There are also ants and other small insects, but it's all part of staying close to nature. The guesthouse is a simple and basic set up. Bring your own toiletries if you prefer, otherwise I'm sure you can get them from a nearby shop. If you want to do yoga on the terrace, bring your own mat. WiFi can occasionally be unstable, but that's expected in remote areas. It's a magical, quiet, and serene place that I'd love to go back to.

The view was beautiful, however, you must genuinely love nature and be not scared of animals and insects. Be prepared for at least five lizards on your ceiling, geckos in your bathroom, nighttime owl sounds, grasshoppers flitting into your room, and so on. If you discover those wonderful, you are in for a treat. For us, they were not what we had anticipated, and several times, particularly at night, we were too afraid to even use the restroom. You never know what would come launching at you. It was impossible to walk to get water as the only walking route for us, which was extremely hazardous, was on the main road for tourists, with large tracks and passing lorries. The hotel's Indonesian food was excellent but overpriced. However, if you do not have transportation, eat out instead. Transportation was expensive. Typically, it is idr 500, 00 for a full-day tour, but we were asked for idr 800, 00, so we spent idr 700, 00. The hotel's proprietor and staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant, and they worked to accommodate any requests you requested within their means.
