# ROOM RULES & REGULATIONS

Dear Valued Guest,

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to read and comply with the following rules and regulations.

**1. CHECK-IN TIME**

Check-in is available from **2:00 PM onwards**. Guests may check in at any time after 2:00 PM.

If you plan to arrive late at night or around midnight, please inform us in advance.

**2. CHECK-OUT TIME**

Check-out must be completed no later than **12:00 PM (noon)**.

Late check-out will incur an additional charge of **IDR 200,000 for every 15 minutes** beyond the scheduled check-out time.

Any additional charges may be processed through your registered credit card or booking platform (Booking.com / Agoda).

**3. PROPERTY DAMAGE & MISSING ITEMS**

Guests are fully responsible for any missing, damaged, or broken items during their stay.

Any damaged or missing items must be replaced with brand-new items of equivalent specifications and quality.

Please note that the entire unit and its contents are carefully inspected and video-recorded before each guest's arrival.

If a guest refuses to take responsibility for any damage or missing items, the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities, along with available evidence, including relevant CCTV footage from the apartment's common areas.

**4. STRICTLY NO SMOKING**

This property is a **100% NON-SMOKING UNIT**.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room, on the balcony, and in all other prohibited areas within the apartment premises.

**5. SMOKING PENALTY**

If any evidence of smoking is discovered, including cigarette odors, cigarette butts, ashes, or other smoking-related traces, an additional cleaning and penalty fee of **IDR 800,000** will be charged.

The violation will be reported to Booking.com or Agoda on the same day it is discovered, and the additional charge will be requested through the booking platform.

**6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY**

The maximum occupancy of this unit is strictly limited to **2 adults**.

Additional guests or unauthorized occupants are not permitted.

If the number of occupants exceeds the permitted limit, the property owner reserves the right to request that the guests vacate the premises.

**7. NOISE & DISTURBANCES**

Guests are kindly requested to maintain a peaceful environment throughout their stay.

Excessive noise, loud music, parties, or any activities that may disturb neighboring residents are strictly prohibited.

Please respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
