The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the place is lovely. The service is excellent, but it is quite intrusive. They keep ringing and knocking on the door at all times. Usually, they arrive around 10 minutes before the agreedupon time for breakfast, checkout, dinner, etc. They keep ringing and ringing like madmen until you respond if you dont answer right away. We had a good time, but that little, but crucial, detail made our stay less comfortable and stressful.

The spa and massage at the resort were very relaxing. I enjoyed the cooking class and the daily shuttle to ubud center. Easy to accommodate vegetarian breakfast options. There are mosquitoes and bugs, but a repellent diffuser is in each room and outdoor living area.

Pintu masuknya berada di jalan sempit dari jalan di kawasan perumahan pedesaan di utara Ubud. Dari sana, terdapat tebing yang menghadap ke lembah dan vila (total 11) dibangun di sepanjang lereng. Dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga tidak terlihat dari jalan menuju vila atau dari vila lain, memungkinkan Anda menghabiskan waktu penuh privasi. Ruangan tersebut terdiri dari dua lantai, dengan ruang tamu terbuka dan kolam renang di lantai satu, serta kamar tidur dan area perairan di lantai dua. Our honeymoon at the bidadari resorts was absolutely perfect! We booked the wonderful honeymoon villa with a private villa and pool, and their honeymoon package offered the best rates compared to other hotels. The attention to detail was incredible, from the beautifully decorated room upon arrival to the airport pickup, daily breakfast, and delightful tea time with snacks. The package also included a 2 hour village tour with one of the hotel drivers, dodik, who also picked us up at the airport and was so helpful and kind to us. The turndown service with homemade cookies every night was a sweet touch. The package even included a memorable floating dinner and a complimentary aromatherapy massage. The food was delicious and the freshness was unparalleled. We never went hungry! What truly sets Bidadari resorts apart is their outstanding staff and owner, who were incredibly kind and accommodating. The resorts serene and peaceful atmosphere, along with its impeccable cleanliness, made our stay even more enjoyable. The parting gift, a piece of local art, was a thoughtful touch. We loved that this resort is locally owned, helping us support the balinese community. The service here is amazing, making it one of the nicest hotels ive ever had the pleasure of staying at. Its very comfortable and quiet, making it the perfect choice for our honeymoon. We miss it so much and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!.

We cant wait to return and would strongly recommend it! We stayed at bidadari for 3 nights on our honeymoon and wish we could have stayed longer. They had excellent communication with us before the trip, arranging a driver to pick us up from the airport with water and cool towels! We arrived quite late due to a flight delay, and we had a wonderful welcome arrival. The entire staff here is so lovely, welcoming, friendly, and will take the time to stop and chat with you, which makes your stay so special! This place is paradise, we stayed in one of the honeymoon villas and we didnt see anyone else staying at the villas so it felt like we were just us and our own villa! The food was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to prepare a romantic meal for us on our last night. The halfday tour organized by bidadari was also one of the highlights of the trip! The free shuttle to ubud was great! There are also a few cafes within 5/10 min walking distance that were nice to get out and try. Bidadari is perfect as it is close enough to ubud but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed at the luxury superior villa. Fruits and drinks, as well as afternoon tea and cookies, were provided to us. Breakfast was included with our room and consisted of a fruit platter, our choice of breakfast (i chose an american breakfast), croissant, muffin, and bread, as well as juice and coffee. The butler set the table by the poolside as if we were fine dining. We also had a floating breakfast in the private pool with a spectacular view of the jungle. Dinner was also of superior quality. The villa provided one free dropoff and pickup to the city center daily. They had halal food options, which was convenient for us. The staff were helpful, friendly, and serviced with a smile all the time.

The staff was welcoming and extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Numerous staff members arrived at night to light mosquito coils and turn down our beds with beautiful cookies provided. Hand wash, lotions and oils made by and for bidadari smell divine, and in turn, the villas smell delicious. Meals were served directly to our villas, with tables being set and cleared by staff. There are no words to thank the staff enough for such a beautiful holiday stay. We stayed at three different villas throughout our holiday, and this was by far the best. I cant wait to return. Bidadari will undoubtedly give you a wonderful experience. We had reserved an infinity pool villa. The villa was entirely made of wood. Every day, the resort provided all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was complimentary, with the option to have it on the table or a floating breakfast or takeaway. Its convenient to explore neighboring ubud attractions, including swings, waterfalls, restaurants, and temples, as it is close to the center of ubud. The staff was also very welcoming, and they took excellent care of our requirements. Cleanliness and hygiene were one of the resorts top priorities. In the early evening, the staff would take measures to keep mosquitoes away. The food here was also very tasty and plentiful.

Pengalaman baru menginap di hutan. Sarapan dan teh sore yang enak dan ramah. Tersedia antar-jemput gratis ke Puri Ubud (1 kali pulang pergi atau hari) dan dibutuhkan sekitar 15 menit untuk sampai ke Puri Ubud. Kolamnya terlalu dalam, 1,5 m, tetapi tidak ada jaket pelampung atau tabung. Karena berada di tempat teduh, airnya terlalu dingin untuk dinikmati sepenuhnya. Stafnya ramah dan pelayanannya bagus, tetapi nilai uangnya tidak terlalu bagus.

Pelayanannya bagus, kami disambut dan dilayani dengan ramah. Direkomendasikan untuk berbulan madu. Harganya juga masih terjangkau. Ditambah dengan promo yang membuatnya yang terbaik di sekitarnya. Lokasinya yang strategis juga membuat tempat ini direkomendasikan. Rasanya seperti di rumah sendiri.

Its a villa where you can truly feel ubud. We decided to stay here for our second honeymoon. The villa is spacious and spacious. The bathroom is connected to nature and open. At first i was a little afraid of this, but i got used to it day by day. There are some bugs, but i havent seen any big animals or bugs. There are cute little lizards and frogs, but they cant even get inside. The staff responds very quickly to WhatsApp, and once a day i want to pick up and drop me off at the palace. Thats a huge advantage because i dont want a taxi like a grab to go to a villa or resort in ubud. Also, everything, including breakfast, is delicious. I recommend indonesian food, salmon, and avocado. The villa director is very nice. He remembers my name and always says hello brightly. Its difficult to expect perfect comfort like a hotel or resort, but the view and atmosphere go very well with bali.
