Welcome to your home away from home! Please read these House Rules carefully to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

4. Pets

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not damage the property.

5. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

6. Pool & Outdoor Areas

Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Do not bring glass containers into the pool area.

7. Safety & Security

Lock doors and windows when leaving the villa.

Do not tamper with security systems or safety equipment.

Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.

8. Trash & Recycling

Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Please separate recyclables where possible.

9. Use of Property

The villa is for residential use only.

Commercial activities, events, or parties are prohibited without Host approval.

10. Maintenance & Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents.

Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit if necessary.

11. Illegal Activities

Any illegal activity, including drugs or harassment, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

12. Respect the Neighbors

Be courteous to neighbors. Avoid loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior.

13. Personal Belongings

The Host is not responsible for guests’ personal items.

Ensure valuables are secured during your stay.
