The space
A retreat like no other, this villa in Berawa invites you to experience the perfect blend of space and serenity. With eight bedrooms and four pools, Coco Bay Villa offers an unparalleled escape into a world of luxury and relaxation.

Upon entering Coco Bay, you'll find yourself amidst a vast, verdant garden, highlighted by a crystal clear lagoon-shaped pool. The garden, adorned with numerous tropical plants, offers an authentic tropical ambiance. The outdoor space also includes a comfortable gazebo, perfect for unwinding with your preferred beverage as evening falls.

The villa features eight luxurious bedrooms, including three lofts that offer a distinctive and elevated living experience with their own private pool. The master bedroom also features its own balcony with seating areas and views of the surroundings.

All bedrooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all amenities as well as their own-bathroom and safety boxes to ensure a securestay.

The common living areas are designed for socializing and relaxation. A stylish and spacious living room serves as a central gathering point, featuring comfortable seating area and lush tropical plants, bringing the best of the outdoors, indoor.

Next to the living area sits a well-equipped kitchen offering a convenient space for our in-house chef to provide your favorite meals, or make you discover the delicacies of the Indonesian cuisine.

For leisure activities, explore the fitness room and the cinema room. The fully equipped gym is the perfect option for staying in shape during your vacation, while the cinema room provides a fantastic setting to enjoy your favorite movies with the comfort of a theater.

Coco Bay boasts a prime location, situated right by the beach and surrounded by a variety of cafes and restaurants. Our team will be more than happy to drive you to various locations using our in-house buggy.

Guests will be able to access the entire villa and have full privacy.

Breakfast is included every morning.

A buggy is available at Coco Bay Bali. Our staff will be more happy to drive you to nearby points of interests.

We can also organize a floating breakfast experience and so much more.

Guests are welcome to invite visitors to the villa, as long as the total number of people does not exceed 25 (including registered guests). Overnight stays by unregistered visitors require prior approval, and an additional charge of IDR 5,000,000 per person per night may apply for unauthorized stays.

Corkage Fee:
Corkage fee will apply 30% when guest bring their own coconut to the villa, any catering or mixologist from the outside villa. If guest request meals outside of provided menu, there will be additional cost of USD 10 per person + groceries fee + 10% service fee from the price of the groceries.
F & B System:
Food and beverage based on the menu system provide by the villa and subject to 21% tax and service charge. Lunch and dinner are pre order one day before.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, kindly note that parties are not permitted on the premises. Please also note that DJ equipment and additional external speakers are not allowed at the villa.
