The shower water pressure is only good enough to wash your hands, and it was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere, and the utensils in the kitchen were very dirty and smelly. The ac was not strong enough to keep up with the current heat. Great location 2 minute walk to alla, 5 minute walk to potato head and Mexico friendly staff and good service.

I would highly suggest staying at this villa. I am surprised when I read negative reviews about this property. Everything I read online before visiting was correct. The villa is down a laneway, but the walk to the main road is not long at all, 5 minutes tops. We liked it being off the main road, making for a nice quiet stay. The walk to Seminar village is 15 minutes top and a very pleasant stroll, with lots to see along the way. The villa itself is beautiful. We stayed in Garden Villa no 1. I agree that it is not fivestar, but nothing online to say it is and the price doesnt suggest it is. The bedrooms and living areas were clean and comfortable. The pool and garden are absolutely stunning. As. You would expect the staff will bend over backward to assist you, very friendly. There was nothing we asked that was not fulfilled. Despite having limited choices for breakfast, I can wake up to a freshly cooked breakfast each morning. The food was cooked well and tasted delicious. The laundry is 2 minutes walk around the corner and the villa staff will drop off and pick up your washing for you. There is a day spa right outside the villa with excellent services.

After reading several reviews of this place, I was not sure what to anticipate, but from the minute we landed at the airport with a smiling meeting from goody taking us to the villa we had an exceptionally pleasant stay. Yes, it's down a bit of a lane but the peppers next door, which stops noise from the busy road being heard in the villa. We loved the place, it was clean, comfortable, private, and everyone working there is always willing to help if necessary. Breakfast was great and always worked around us, and we had what we wanted, they only have instant coffee, but you can get great takeaway from the small bar on the corner. They will arrange taxis and drivers for you. For the price you pay, you get more than you might expect, no, it's not five stars, but if you want friendly, down to earth service and hospitality in a place that wants to please it's guests, this place comes highly recommended. The pool and garden areas were spotless and beautifully kept. We're sure to return.

I'm not sure if I'm fussy or this villa simply failed to live up to my expectations. It is quite old and, despite its online appearance, is quite obvious that it was a long time ago. I expected high-quality fixtures and tidy, bright accommodations since it wasn't cheap. But that's not the case. The villa is large, with two large bedrooms on either side of the open livingkitchen space. Both bedrooms have large suites. The toilet sink in the bathroom and bedroom frequently lacked plumbing. They were quickly repaired but they made going to the toilet interesting. I will admit that the beds were quite comfy. The mozzie was awful! I couldn't sleep the two nights since they hit us hard. Not to mention the security staff from the peppers next door who kept us up with late-night partying. The linen towels were stained and quite old. Although a water cooler was supplied, I believe the water was put in the bottle from a local supply. I had no longer tummy issues as soon as I stopped drinking? It was wonderful to have someone cook breakfast, but the food was rather bland and lacking variety. Additionally, the villa was a long decent walk down a well away from the major roads. When we arrived in Bali, we were unable to see much of what was going on during the journey to our villa because it was dark. The driver walked down a few side streets towards the end of the trip. I would have begun to fret if I hadn't planned it through the house. My daughter stopped me and pointed to the direction of the narrow alleyway when he stopped and we got out of the vehicle. When we got our bearings, it appeared to be a little dodgy, but it seemed to be all right, day or night. A couple of men were present to greet us and they assisted us with carrying our stuff up a large doorway that, when opened, led to a paradise! At the far end of the block, there was a large villa with an open lounge and kitchen area in the middle and small bedrooms on either side. There was a large pool on the right, and the selfcontained suitepool house on the left. As soon as he left, the kids staked their claim to their own private suites, each one with a big bed, a big bathroom, and air conditioning. Every room also had a safe and shower gel. In general, I thought it was quite amazing. When we were there, we were told that we could request the banana pancakes at the bottom of the sheet. When we got there, I sent an email
