This place is a wonderful place and i am very happy to be able to stay here. The bed is comfortable, and the cottages have nice wooden interiors and clean bathrooms. There is no risk of mold because everything is new construction. Swimming pool and view are amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at island cottage retreat, and we had an incredible time! The warm greeting made us feel right at home. The cottages were simple yet charming, offering a delightful stay, while the breathtaking pool view was truly unforgettable. Both the owner and their family were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our favorite part was the wifes cooking, with each dish being delicious and delectable. If youre seeking utter peace and quiet, we highly recommend this location. Were already looking forward to returning!.

The pictures simply dont do this place justice! What a treat that was! I spent ten days here with idolf and he was looking for secluded and comfortable lodging, and this one exceeded our expectations. The property is lovely, wellkept, spotless, beautifully designed both inside and out of the rooms. Everything is roomy, the decor is beautiful, there are comfy beds, smells great, bathrooms are excellent, landscaping is excellent. Excellent hosts are the hosts. Kind, welcoming, attentive, friendly. They clearly understand good hospitality. You may need trout gondola to explore the island, but its worth it because youll get incredibly high vantage point overlooking nusa penidas. Will undoubtedly return!.

I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely return the next time i visit nusa lembongan. I had a wonderful two nights at island retreat cottage. Joe, the proprietor, is incredibly friendly and helpful. Its primarily based on ties between formerly familyrun businesses, and the entire family is really kind and welcoming. The rooms are ideal. You have privacy that is often lacking in other hotels thanks to the comfy beds, ensuite bathrooms, outdoor chairs, which are all set apart from one another. After navigating the island for ages, trudge through the gorgeous pool or take og in after waking up. There are several options for the complimentary breakfast, each of which is excellent. Although the hotel is situated in lone and isolated area of the peninsula, it is still conveniently located in its prime location. Everything is within ten minutes by motorcycle, or you can go around the islands perimeter, depending on your preferences. This is the spot for you if, like me, you prefer to unwind and avoid busy areas. Following such reversal in two years, wayan joe and his family are the best hosts, making it easy to support local families and businesses.

Without a doubt, i will return. I cannot express how highly ive recommended this location. The family was incredibly sweet, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it was in secluded surroundings. There is also an amazing view.

My partner and i stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. Joe and his family are very kind, warm and welcoming and the place itself is absolutely beautiful. Its close to shops (not that there are many on the island), the beach and beach clubs and you can also hire a scooter or taxi. Thank you so much, joe!.
