Lovely staff, Tofan the housekeeper cooked a fabulous breakfast for us every morning (additional charge). It was a delight to come back to a private pool after being out in the Bali heat, the villa was around 10 mins walk from the Main Street of Sanur (through the back alleys - take a torch with you at night, and an umbrella for the evening showers) I would love to stay here again.

Alt i alt et dejligt ophold. Det eneste minus var, at der lugtede af kloak når man havde brugt den udendørs bruser. Villaen ligger tilbagetrukket i de små stille gader, men når man først har fundet den rigtige vej til Hovedgaden er der kun 5 minutters gang til restauranter og strand.

I will definitely return! This villa was fantastic! Very neat and tidy. Excellent outdoor shower, although be cautious not to get burnt if you are showering in the middle of the day, great pool that was maintained well. Breakfast was prepared daily in the outdoor kitchen with a wide selection of menu options. It was an easy walk into the main street where there were many options for great bars and restaurants. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We stayed in villa number 5. We adored this small hideaway and the quietness it provided. The rooms were large, and the facilities were lovely and clean. We adored the bathroom and the enormous bath. The outside shower was very soothing and enjoyable. The pool was perfect and spotless. The staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful. We stayed during numerous earthquakes and the personnel were incredibly reassuring and soothing. They couldnt have been more caring and sympathetic to my concerns. I would love to return to stay, meet the beautiful staff once more, and simply enjoy this beautiful setting.

We have stayed here twice already and intend to do so again in the future. We will definitely come back. Villa 2 is a good size for us. There are many sitting areas, a wonderful pool where you can unwind. The beach and a number of good restaurants and shops are only a short walk away, but why do I leave the villa? Very comfy stay. The staff is friendly and cooks breakfast for you if you ask. No complaints. I hope you enjoy this place. I'm recommending and telling everyone to stay there, but I kind of want to keep it to ourselves.

I really love this place. The villa is very enticing. This villa is in number 5. We are in number 5. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms in both suites. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping. It smells of Bali, so carry some mosquito spray and cream. No complaints. More than one hairdryer should be present. I really want to thank you for the vacation that is almost over.

This villa was perfect. Great location, nice pool, and clean house boy Ofan was always helpful in supplying information, friendly wrung nearby called the old brick, short walk to the main street, nice layout to the villa with an outdoor shower and a decent size and deep bathtub, overall had a really relaxing time at this villa, will definitely come back!

Villa was pleasant for our family with two children. We stayed at Villa #5 with two bedrooms. Shops in Sanur are 10 minutes walking distance and the beach is 20 minutes. We hired bicycles for less than $3 AUD dollars a day so it was fun and easier to get to places around Sanur. The outdoor leaving area is beautifully decorated with plants and the pool is clean. Kitchen is fully equipped (except there is no oven). There was only one issue with one of the toilets as there was a mild sewage smell from day one. Staff tried to fix it but it was coming back. Anything else was good for a comfortable stay.

The property was not as advertised at all. Everything was dirty and had a thick layer of dirt on it. It’s like they hadn’t cleaned before we came. The cleanest thing was the pool oddly enough. The bathroom stunk so bad, I couldn’t stop dry heaving. Also the area surrounding the villa was covered in garbage. After realizing we couldn’t stay there, we tried to talk to the owner. However, he said our trip was nonrefundable and refused. We explained and showed him the condition of the place. He still refused even when we offered to let him keep half of the price and just have him refund us half. He even tried to lie and say that we had called earlier to cancel from Indonesia that morning , which made no sense at all considering we didn’t even arrive in Indonesia until an hour before that and we knew no one there. Once confronted with the truth, he backed off the lie. When we explained how dirty even the surroundings were, he said that was what all of villa was like. Google earth the villa, you can see it for yourself. We left and forfeited the hundreds of dollars we spent. That’s how unacceptable and disgusting the place was. I couldn’t even spend a night there! Luckily we found a lovely other hotel with no trash surrounding it. Overall extremely disappointed and disgusted by Jagaditha villas. I will be leaving more detailed reviews on all the travel websites with pictures of what we saw so others are not tricked.
