Despite the fantastic location with a great view of the trope gulf, this home was about to disappoint me. This was the second pierre et vacancy we remained in. The pools are large and pleasant, the small store on site is very helpful and friendly, and the kids club staff is working their butts off. At the minimum, the front desk staff is not polite, we never felt truly welcomed when we needed assistance. The cuisine at the restaurants is average, similar to that at any tourist restaurant. Breakfast is clearly below average, with no fresh juices and an incredible cup of coffee. Going back, I would probably choose the half board option and make a meal at home.

My friend and I got here by taxi. The place is spread out. You need a car here. We had to go inside. Tribute to Hertz car rental site. We kept asking where the closest bus stop was and were told just down the road. We never saw a bus stop and walked forever. This resort is run down and if you go during the offseason. We were there in June 2017 the lobbyfront desk area closes at rp and doesn't open until rp. The small grocery store also closes around rp so if you check after that time you are sol.. You can't even get bottled water. The pool area was nice but there was no service between rp and rp. Can't even get a drink. We were able to have our own refreshments.

The location here is excellent, and the location is very strategic, and the room even has a stunning panorama of golf and the beaches. The employees are very kind and always helpful, especially during tough times in Corona.

We booked a villa in the park through airing for 2 bedrooms and wanted to get a map of the park at the reception but we didn't get one because they were only for people who booked directly through pierre vacancies. I didn't know that a copy of the map costs that much! We were allowed to take a photo of the map though. We learned that a restaurant is closed due to corona, and it seems smarter to open both restaurants to have people at a safe distance. Also corona measurements at the pool consists of antibacterial handel. It's no help when all the sun lounges are next to one another and people are too close to one another. We will have a nice holiday here, but this is not one of our favorite places to stay. I have mixed feelings about this park. The outside looks good with colorful houses and a nice pool. You can definitely see that it's an older park and could use an update. What annoyed me was that no staff speaks french. We traveled the country and felt so welcome everywhere and it was not the same here at all. We booked a villa on the park through airing so we had 2 bedrooms and wanted a map of the park at the reception. didn't know copy costs that much!
