My wife and i stayed here for four nights and had a great time. The facilities were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful, often going above and beyond to help arrange activities for us. Location is also great - away from the busy areas but still only 5 minutes to the beach or main road. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if we return to Gili air.

We would highly recommend kaien villas to anyone and hope to return someday with friends. Brooke was an amazing host with a very bubbly personality. She is very thoughtful and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. Even better, she is really easy to talk to, funny, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys meeting new people and working in the hospitality industry. Kaien Villas is spotless and exquisitely designed. Their garden and common areas are immaculately maintained, with all the western amenities you need. He makes sure you are fed with food and even went above and beyond to prepare me if i needed tasty breakfast, which he greatly appreciated! In the middle of the day when we needed caffeine fix, mr. Cooke also made some delicious iced coffees. The day we left, we had even been assisted with our bags to the dock, making it so much easier.

I am already planning another trip for next year. Kaien villas are fantastic. The rooms are great, with great air conditioning, beautiful bathrooms, and super comfortable beds looking out over the pool. It is quiet and relaxing with a great pool in this place. Breakfast was the highlight and the staff were amazing. Gili air is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended.

The island was beautiful, and we especially loved the laidback vibe and that it wasnt a party place! Accept our villa with flowing cocktails on the beach! We loved every minute of our stay and have already booked another trip! Thank you, kaien villas, for being the perfect hosts in paradise - fivestar stay xx. Had the best vacation of my life at the wonderful kien suites! I couldnt find ill say enough good things about the villa or service, everything was first class, plus the breakfast was amazing!.

The rooms were spotless and wellpresented, with everything we required for a good stay. The grounds were beautifully maintained, creating secluded and tranquil atmosphere. But what really stood out to me was the staff. They were friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure that i had everything ive needed. From providing local recommendations to setting up transportation, they were incredibly helpful throughout my stay! Overall, if you are looking for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation, then ill highly recommend kaien villas. It is renowned for its combination of cozy accommodations, lovely surroundings, and exceptional service.

Our stay was truly enjoyable, and the food was simply delicious. The rooms and surrounding area were impeccably clean, adding to the overall experience. Moreover, we enjoyed our stay, especially the pool facilities, which were delightful.

The showers do not get hot nor stay warm, as confirmed by the staff. Check street view because this compound, while clean and well maintained, is tucked away along a murky dirt road in an area that is uncomfortable for solo travelers, especially at night. The pool is pretty good, though.

I have a great experience staying at kaien villa. Ive stayed at this villa on several occasions over the past year and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and the pool area is beautiful! The location is close to the center, 5 minutes walk from the harbor and sunset beach. Cant recommend enough.

I can only recommend this place on gili air. Excellent facilitator. The place is clean, quiet, and tranquil. We spent two nights there. If youd like, the staff is really nice and will assist you in organizing your snorkeling excursion. A delicious breakfast was provided. Because we had originally reserved four days, our owner was very fair and gave us a refund.

A true sanctuary, this boutique villa offers western quality unlike the rest of Gili, a peaceful common area with snooze under tree shade, and everything is accompanied by personalised touches from the Australian owner who is truly enamored. I am very grateful to Brooke for this wonderful stay!.
