Kana-ya Umalas

With a land size of 400 sqm, this spacious two-and-a-half-floor villa is located in the center of Umalas, not too far from Canggu and Seminyak.

The villa features a spacious open living room with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a sofa, and a smart TV. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen that includes a fridge, water dispenser (drinking water provided), stoves, pots and pans, a water boiler, a microwave, cutleries, plates, and a dining table for six.

The master bedroom on the ground floor features a super king bed (200 x 200) and semi-open air ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a water heater, a smart TV and a dedicated working desk. This room has a big window facing the swimming pool.

Upstairs, the villa has two additional bedrooms, each with a super king bed ( 200 x 200), ensuite bathroom (one with bathtub, another one without bathtub), air conditioning, a water heater, and a TV. Also on this floor is a spacious outdoor terrace complete with a 3-seater canopy swing chair and a sofa - making this the perfect spot to chill and wind down while enjoying the view at sunset.

Please note that to access the upper floor, you will need to climb the stairs. The steps are easy to climb and we installed handrails for hand support.

Notable places within walking distance such as:
- Dua Umalas (an eatery famous with expats and locals)
- Sobas (a famous Belgian chocolate cafe)
- Kimia Farma (pharmacy) and Circle K (convenience store)
- Laundry services nearby
- Many shops, wine store, cafes in the neighborhood.

 

Cleaning service:
- Cleaning provided for guests staying more than 2 nights and towels will be changed upon cleaning. I will share the cleaning schedule upon checked in.
- Our gardener and pool staff will be seen around the villa 2 times weekly to make sure the pool is clean and the plants happy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE OUTDOOR AREA ONLY

 

- Guest has *private* access to all areas of villa.
- Parking space is available for 1 car plus several motorbikes in the garage.
- You can park another car outside the main gate

This villa is situated by a wide street, thus ordering online taxi services and food delivery such as Gojek / Grab won't be a problem.

 

Please take note that your Netflix and Youtube accounts will be used to login, please ensure that you are to log out before you check out of the villa, this is to ensure that your account will not be used by anybody else in the future.

1. Insects: Being in tropical environment means that sometimes nature finds its way to you. This is usually fireflies at nighttime and butterflies in the daytime. There are bugs, insects, geckos, mosquitoes, frogs & dogs that make an appearance too. The geckos are harmless, but they do have distinctive sounds. Laron (flying insects) are there at times throughout Indonesia in the wet season and are attracted to lights. We do our best to mitigate them entering the property but we advise to keep the doors closed if they are present.

2. Our staff: pool attendant, gardener and housekeepers will visit several times a week to ensure the villa remains clean and tidy. Cleaning schedule will be shared during your stay.

3. Cleaning and linen/ towel change will be available for guests staying more than 2 nights

4. Smoking is strictly at the outdoor area only. Penalty will be charged if guests are caught smoking indoor.

5. This villa is conveniently located by the main street, which means there will be vehicles driving past the villa all day. Therefore, traffic noise CANNOT be avoided but it should reduce significantly at night. Please let me know if you need earplugs.
