The structure is excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the architecture is stunning. The bathroom is spacious, and the showers are excellent. Service is 0/10. They only offer large towels for showering, and they dont provide smaller ones for face and hand washing, despite our request for two small towels, they didnt provide them. Breakfast is a 7/10. I requested a dailyboiled egg and requested 1.5 usd. This is a pricey hotel, and i have already paid more for breakfast! Helping with tours. 4/10. We booked a tour, which was pricey, but the transfer was terrible, with a van for six people with seven adults and one sharing chair. Uncomfortable. 8/10. Very nice, far from the busy ibid center.

The resort is beautifully constructed. There has been a lot of love and care put into it. And this is evident in the staff as well. Extremely kind and helpful individuals. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

If youre looking for a place with a nice atmosphere, do not hesitate to book here. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, beautiful villas and swimming pool, very clean and new, the staff are helpful and kind. The location is a bit far from the center, but you can rent a scooter, the staff can help you do it.

This is the best location in ubud in my opinion. This location is wonderful, it feels like a temple inside a botanical garden when you first walk in. Its very beautiful, and the people are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast by the pool, the pool is beautiful, and the spa room overlooking the jungle and river so you can hear the river and jungle sounds and it is very relaxing. The massage was wonderful and at the best price we found in ubud. The restaurant offers good food, so you really dont need to leave this paradise. The location is very close to ubud palace and ubud art street and markets, restaurants and warungs, coffee shops and bars, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be far enough away. If you need transportation, they can arrange it as well. The wifi is also very good.

Kamarnya sangat besar dan luas begitu juga kamar mandinya. Fasilitas ini berjarak sekitar 2 kilometer dari kota, namun hal ini tidak menjadi masalah mengingat layanan antar-jemput yang ditawarkan. Pegawainya sangat ramah dan membantu. Terdapat kolam kecil dengan kursi berjemur dan payung untuk pendinginan. Sarapan yang ditawarkan enak dan disajikan di restoran atau di kamar. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah kami diserang oleh ratusan serangga saat makan malam yang ingin kami nikmati di area restoran terbuka, sehingga kami harus mundur ke kamar. Mungkin karena kedekatannya dengan sawah dan hutan. Jika tidak, sistem ini sangat disarankan.

Its a large compound with a few wellkept villas. The staff is friendly and helpful. The suite was a treat. Nice pool and vegetation around. Its a bit far from the center, but a free shuttle makes up for it. A place like this probably cannot exist that close to the center.

This place is truly breathtaking! Beautiful balinese architecture with an ornate family temple inside. The pool is excellent, and the room itself is incredibly comfortable. Breakfast served on your balcony every morning was such a delightful touch. The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging taxis around town and making our stay as comfortable as possible. Top tip i highly recommend booking a massage here. Its located right at the back of the property beneath the pool area in its own jungle valley, away from the noise of mopeds from the main street. The massage was outstanding, and you were away from the noise of mopeds from the main street. It was probably one of my top three massage experiences ever.

We had a wonderful stay at ketuts place villas in ubud! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the breakfast is delicious and all the resorts amenities were wonderful! It is well located just outside of ubud to enjoy some peace and quiet but not too far from the center by walking or motorbike! Thank you to all the resort staff who were very welcoming!.

We stayed at ketuts place villas for 12 days over christmas and new years. It was spectacular! The staff was all exceptional. Great service. The property at the villas is beautiful. The royal villa we stayed in had a view of the jungle ravine. We went to ketuts bed and breakfast 1 km from town centre for christmas dinner where the family made everything fresh that day. Amazing balinese meal! We were happy to stay a bit far from town center, ubud is busy! You can take the shuttle or walk to town center. We also enjoyed the spa there! I highly recommend ketuts place villas.

Sangat tidak sehat karena kutu busuk dan serangga lainnya di kasur, bantal, dan kamar. Sangat kotor, berjamur, bau, staf tidak tertarik, lokasi jauh dari pusat. Handuk terlalu kotor untuk diucapkan, baunya tidak enak, masih ada cairan tubuh orang lain, termasuk darah dan hal lain yang tidak ingin saya ketahui. I had an amazing time at this place! The facilities are stunning, and the staff is excellent, they are kind and accommodating. A little outside of the busy center, which i prefer (20 minutes by walk, 5 taxis 50 idr.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we all loved it. The accommodation was beautiful, the service and smiles were great. Nothing was too much and everything was done with a smile. We had a family suite and it was perfect. It was a quiet place and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!.

The facilities are very well decorated. The breakfast was delicious. However, the bed cover was stained and dirty. The pool is also nice. We used to walk down to ubud main street, and it took about 25 minutes. It was really hot and humid, so prepare yourself!.

This hotel is completely new built. So expect great interior and atmosphere. Everything was perfect and we felt like we could stay here forever. The team is very friendly and polite. They arrange day trips, rental scooters, taxis, drivers and anything you need. Highly recommended!.

Sarapannya enak dan selalu lebih dari cukup. Kolam renangnya sangat bersih dan Anda selalu memilikinya sendiri. Staf selalu sangat ramah dan selalu berusaha membantu dengan pertanyaan. Mereka juga menyediakan skuter jika Anda mau, tetapi Anda harus membayar sedikit lebih mahal daripada yang lain (100 k per hari). Saya juga lebih suka memesan transfer bandara melalui Bluebird.
