As one of the best in the area, this apartment is fairly well known throughout town. The check-in procedure has been quite pleasant. I have to admit that I was very dissatisfied for a reason that is not what you would anticipate from a four-star hotel. The room was a single room, the size is not as bad as it is the typical in the city. I had already tried three other hotels first, and the bed sheet was overly thin, with each movement revealing the top and mattress. I completely dissatisfied with this. It seems to me, possibly wrong, that the sanitation and inconvenience are the main issues when you travel on business. Second, the bathroom. I had a tiny bathroom with a shower divided by a curtain. Evidently, the floor was flooded after washing. And slippery. The meal is third. While driving to my morning meeting, I just took two apples out of my car. The apples were dated and uninedible. Using tea in takeaway paper can be a great idea. Breakfast is my autobus meal. Although I apologize for being so challenging with my evaluation, I hope this will be helpful for management to improve the service, which for me was rather poor. Regards.

The location of this hotel is in an ideal location near the train station. Beautiful building and a lovely lobby. We arrived early but had to wait for the room until 200. There was no early check in. There is coffee and tea available from a machine in the lobby. The room was clean. We had to store our luggage on the floor because there was no luggage rack provided. The bathroom has a lot of towels but only 2! The bed was too soft and bouncy. The breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely room. Umbrellas are provided in the lobby. Excellent employees.
