We adore the location, its stunning villa, and its atmosphere. Three of them provided us with the excellent service we needed during our stay. We had a power outage while staying there, and they needed to provide a generator. The bathroom gate in the master bedroom is too large to allow people to see us from outside, making us less comfortable. People from outside can access the garden in front of us, and there is a sign for the stairs to the pool to prevent us from falling. The last one is very important information for management consideration regarding the late check out policy, particularly for guests with babies and guests who have already paid a lot to stay at this villa. I only need an extra 4 hours to stay in this villa until my baby eats and sleeps before our flight, but we still have to pay half of the amount after paying a lot to stay in this villa. They dont understand and do not offer us a free for this. Im trying to tell the villa manager about the reason, but they are unable to intervene. You know that traveling with a baby requires a lot of stuff to bring and pack, and we must book and move quickly to another villa with a lot of stuff just to wait for our boarding time. I hope soon they will improve their management for guests who stay here longer and pay a lot of money. Thank you. I love the villa, buttlers, and security, but i love the people here. Unless the management changes, they will be able to.

The location is strategic, in the heart of umalas so very central and quiet. All activities in bali are close by and the space is very spacious. Wow, the villa is very spacious with a large beautiful garden. I appreciate every moment.

I had a great time during my stay. The facilities and environment are excellent, they are very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff, Butler, and security guard provided excellent service, and the rooms and areas were cleaned daily to meet standards. The total cost of idr 196,927,401.00 for 21 nights, which is idr 9,377,495.00 per night. The pool is nice, with a flat depth of around 150 meters. The cooking gas barrel inside the cabinet is very high risk and dangerous, so it is recommended to move outside the cabinet to the openair area. The management decided to charge 50% per night for late checkout, and the management asked us to check out at 1100 hr without any consideration. We decided to rent another villa for one day to catch our flight at 1800 hr on december 11th. The management confirmed at the last minute at 0900 hr on december 11th, but we had already rushed to check out at that hour. We declined the late checkout because we had paid another villa for our flight. Yes, we had a great time, but we were disappointed with the checkout process. For this reason, the management received five stars for services and facilities, and two stars for management. Well, i dare give a threestar rating.

My stay was excellent facilities and environment, very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff, the bartender, and the security guard provided excellent service, each day the room and area will be cleaned up and restored to standard. There was only one security officer on duty during the 13 hours from 1800 a. M. To 0700 p.M., which only covered about half of the villa area. Cooking equipment was topnotch, including idr 196,927,401,00 for 21 nights. However, it is still excellent. Excellent lighting. It is not bad. We requested rechecking out at 48 hours before checkout to consider late checkout up to 1500 hr, but the management decided to charge 50% per night for late check out, so we were forced to checkout at 1100 hrs without taking into account. With fewer time to prepare for our flight and countless baby items, we made the decision to rent another villa for one day until our flights on 11 th, at 1800. At the last minute, 9.00 oclock on december 11, the administration confirmed that we could get late departure until 1500, yet we had already rushed to leave at that hour. As resulting, they declined our late checking out because we paid for another house to catch our trip. Yes. Although we did have hoped for

The villa is beautiful and the atmosphere is lovely. Three nice and friendly butlers here, mr. Wira, pr. Yoga, and gm. Nengah, are the security guards. They gave us the service we needed during our stay and were very kind to us. 1. We had a power outage while staying there, so they need to provide regenerative power because it is upscale villa, make up place for women in the main room, bathroom gate in master bedroom is too big people can see us from outside, making us less comfortable. People from other guests can access the garden in front of us (need fences provided to protect the villa), and must have directional signage for the stairs to the pool to prevent us falling. Last but not least, this is very important notice for management consideration regarding late checkout policies, especially for guests with children and those who have already paid countless dollars to stay in this villa. I only need an extra 4 hours to remain in that villa until my baby eats and sleeps before our flight, but we still have to pay half of the amount after paying incredibly much to live in another villa as we have no free for this. Im trying to explain why to manager of villa and tell him, however, they cannot do anything. You know that when traveling with kids, there is plenty of stuff to bring and pack, therefore we must reserve and move quickly to another
