Occupancy Limit: Each room is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 (two) people.
Stay 1-2pax (1bedroom accessed, and left of 3bedrooms will be locked)
Stay 3-4pax (2bedroom accessed, and left of 2bedrooms will be locked)
Stay 5-6pax (3bedroom accessed, and left of 1bedrooms will be locked)
Stay 7-8pax (whole of bedrooms accessed)
No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room.
Violation Policy: If the number of occupants in a room exceeds the specified capacity without prior written consent, Lee House Bali management reserves the right to instruct the additional guests (or all occupants of the room) to immediately leave the villa premises (eviction).
Quiet Hours: Please maintain a peaceful environment between 11:00 PM – 06:00 AM to respect other guests and neighbours.
Security of Valuables: Lee House Bali is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings. Please use the provided security facilities.
Cleanliness & Damages: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the villa. Any damage/lost to villa facilities caused by guest negligence will be subject to replacement or repair costs. All the assets and valuables of the Property should be duly maintained adequately and should not be lost, damaged or destroyed. The Property has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Property (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
