Lovely 2 bdrs villa / private pool Taman Sari

To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe stay, we have some rules and guidelines that we ask all guests to follow.

Please read these rules carefully and let us know if you have any questions.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of guests allowed in the villa is [6]. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.


PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES:
The use of any illegal substances, including drugs, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is also prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rental payment.


SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES:
Any suspicious activities observed on the premises will be reported to local authorities.

GUESTS AND PARTIES:
The villa is intended for quiet, peaceful enjoyment by our guests. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written consent from the owner or management. If guests are found to be disturbing the peace or causing a disturbance, they may be asked to leave and may forfeit their rental payment.


RESPONSIBILITY FOR RENTERS AND THEIR GUESTS:
Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests while on the premises. If any damage is caused to the villa or its contents during the rental period, the renter will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.


RESPECTING THE STAFF:
Our staff works hard to keep the villa clean and comfortable for all guests. Please respect their work by keeping the villa tidy and avoiding excessive messes. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes.

LEFTOVER FOOD:
Please do not leave any leftover food in the rooms, fridge or microwave. This can attract pests and cause unpleasant odors.


PET POLICIES:
Pets may be allowed with prior approval from the owner or management. Renters with pets are responsible for ensuring that their pets are well-behaved and do not cause damage to the property. Renters are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is [3PM], and check-out time is [11AM]. Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.


NOISE:
Please keep noise levels to a minimum after [9 PM]. Loud noise or music is not allowed after this time.


GARBAGE AND RECYCLING:
Please dispose of all garbage and recycling in the designated containers. Excessive garbage or recycling may result in additional fees.


WATER FOUNTAIN:
The water fountain is only for drinking water. Please do not use it for any other purpose.


TOWEL & LINEN USE:
Please do not use towels as a carpet. They are for personal use only.

Towels and linens will be changed every 3 days or after each check in/ check out for short stays.

POOL AND OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
The pool and other outdoor amenities are for the use of our guests only. Please follow all posted rules and safety guidelines when using these amenities.


DAMAGE AND LIABILITY:
Renters assume full responsibility and liability for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The owner or management is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises.

MAINTENANCE:
If any maintenance issues arise during your stay, please report them immediately to the owner or management.


SAFETY AND SECURITY:
Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa. Please do not leave valuables unattended in the villa or in outdoor areas.


LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS:
Renters must comply with all local laws and regulations while on the premises.

ADHERENCE TO RULES: BY PAYING THE ATTACHED INVOICE, YOU AGREE WITHOUT RESERVATION TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF REIMBURSEMENT IF ONE OR MORE RULES HAVE BEEN BROKEN.
