Probably one of the best villas we have ever stayed in! Great views from the pool, fully equipped gym and amazing living room! So spacious! It was easy to order food and get around with the motorbike. We would always come back!

The most amazing place weve ever stayed! Makai villa is absolutely stunning, and we highly recommend it! The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the beds are comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to the gym and pool. Despite its contemporary appearance, it feels very cozy and cozy. Hayley is also a fantastic host, with quick communication. If you have the opportunity, you must stay here! We are already eager to go back!.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Pictures do not do justice for this house! There were countless wow-factors everywhere from the amazingly furnished stunning sea view and infinity pool to beautiful decor, international sockets, the coziest sofa, fully equipped kitchen and even a pool table and private gym. The whole place feels like a home away from home. The location is also great and only 5-6 mins drive from Padang Padang beach with many restaurants, cafes and stores which reminds me of Maui, Hawaii. I have great communication with the owner and the host and receive many good tips. They are also detailed information not only for the house but also great suggestions for sightseeing, places to dine and beaches to visit. It was so hard to apart from this beautiful house. It is a place I know I will long to come back to again and again. Cannot wait up to stay there again on my next trip to Bali in Feb!

This villa is stunning with an amazing ocean view. It has a complete kitchen, an inhouse gym, and an amazing outdoor areas with an infinity pool overlooking the Indian ocean. The sofa is the best ever and the beds are very comfortable! It feels like a home away from home and we loved staying there. Will definitely be back!.

We couldnt have stayed better at Makai uluwatu! The villa is amazing and has everything you could want, including beautiful views, an infinity pool, a gym, a sunken lounge, and a banging kitchen. The aesthetic is perfect, with cool, industrial, minimalist chic, with pops of color in the curated artwork. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, and there are plenty of comfortable places to relax and soak in the atmosphere. The location is perfect. A quick scooter ride or short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants (top picks include alchemy, ours, cashew tree, drifter, and krish kitchen, or down to the beach. We didnt want to leave and cant wait to visit again. It felt like home!.

If i could give this listing 6 stars, i would. From the moment i stepped into the villa, i felt right at home! The view of the rolling hills and the sea from the living and bedrooms is stunning and i enjoyed all the facilities to the fullest - there was no need to leave the villa and i even extended my stay an extra day. I have stayed in many villas in bali over the years and i think this one is my favourite. Special thanks to putu, wayan and the host for curating such an amazing experience. - pasted this from my airbnb review because i had such a good time.

My partner and i had a great time spending some quiet time here. She enjoyed the stunning infinity pool with the most amazing view of the entire bukit area, even though i had the best home office view. We had planned to do a lot but ended up just having some quality time in our epic industrial villa! Will definitely return, just longer the next time!.

The villa at makai uluwatu was amazing! The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the inhome gym was particularly memorable. The comfort and stylish touches made it feel like our own home away from home. Great location, right next to some of the best cafes and bars in town. By far the nicest villa we have stayed in all of bali! Cant recommend it enough.

My husband, son, and i recently spent 2.5 weeks at Makai, and im struggling to put into words what to say about it. From the staff, thank you, wayan and putu, to the pool with views of bukit, heavenly beds, gym, and pool table in the basement, i could go on! Its obvious that care and care went into making this villa - done in a sympathetic balinese style with a modern minimal twist. We already miss it and are planning our next visit. The location is perfect, just a little away from the bustle of uluwatu main strip, but easily accessible in seconds. I almost locked the doors and refused to leave. Thank you all for a memorable stay.

This place is truly incredible! My boyfriend and i stayed here for a long weekend and what a dream it was! This is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in, the interior is beautiful and the finishes are stunning. Perfectly designed! Waking up in the morning to a view of the ocean, a dip in the infinity pool, and coffee overlooking uluwatu perfect. We will definitely stay here again, we didnt want to leave!.

Makai Uluwatu is one of those places you want to keep a secret because it seems too good to be true. Apart from the best view on the bukit, you have a 180 degree view and can see mount agung aka mama bal on clear days, this place makes you never want to leave. The beds are very comfortable i had the best sleep in years! The terrace, pool area, and kitchen make these hot tropical days perfect. Did i mention that i had my own gym in the basement? Apart from that, i really liked the unique style of the house, which is definitely out standing out from the normal Bali villa look! The staff was also very helpful and friendly and provided us with a lot of privacy. Literally the best villa ive ever stayed in!.
