Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment at Tangcity Superblock

PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL RULES
Host will charge a deposit/security fee during check in and will refund it to you during check out. The fee is depends on length of stay. We will inform you when you request for the booking. For Guest who request to book and accepted by the Host but did not READ the house rules then request to cancel one day prior to arrival will be charged as stated at Cancellation Policy.
1. This unit is Privately Owned by the Host. Due to security reason, Guest will need to meet with the Host for Check in. Host will contact Guest 1-2 days before your arrival.
2. Please put the right number of people staying in the unit, MAX Guest for staying is 5 people. We will provide the towel according to the number on how many people staying.
3. NO Party and NO Pets are allow inside the unit.
4. Strictly NO Smoking inside the unit, penalty of IDR 500,000 immediately if we smell smoke inside the unit. Penalty of IDR 2,000,000 if smoke detector is ON. Smoking area is provided on the outdoor area (Facility Area), please use the dedicated smoking place that provided by the Apartment Management.
5. RESPECT the neighbors. Please keep quiet above 10 PM.
6. Make sure you turn off all the water and electricity such as stoves, air conditioning, and electronic devices before leaving or when not in use.
7. If you break something, please let us know before we found out by ourselves. There will be a hefty penalty for dishonesty.
8. Early Check in and Late Check out are allowed with consent from the host. Please ask for the confirmation and we will check it if there will be a guest before and after you. Doing this without host consent will have extra fee.
9. We will provide towels based on how many people are staying (infants or under 2 y.o are not counted as per the Agoda rules). Towels are PROVIDED for per stay not per night. Washing machine provided inside the unit for free if you wish to clean the towel and Paid Laundry Mart also available at the basement of the Apartment. If you wish to have a change of towel during your stay, there will be extra charge IDR 10,000 per towel. Guest who staying for more than 1 week/7days will get a free change of towel for every week.
10. Keep it CLEAN and TIDY at all times, this is not a Hotel. Host clean up this unit personally without any third party cleaning company. Cleaning fee is for laundry and general cleaning before you check in. If excessive cleaning required due to Guest left the place in filthy condition with trash everywhere, there will be EXTRA fee for IDR 100,000 - IDR 200,000 which we will use the third party cleaning company.
11. There will be a paid parking on premises during your stay. This parking services provided by the Apartment Management. Host unable to waive the parking fee as we also got charged for parking.
Parking Rate UPDATED PER MAY 2023
> Rate - IDR 5,000 per hour
> Max - IDR 35,000 below 24 hours
> Extra Charge - IDR 75,000 above 24 hours
> Monthly Stay - Please contact the Host for further information
For guest who planned to park their cars more than 24 hours, we suggest to leave the premises before 24 hours timeline then enter the premises again to avoid extra charge of IDR 75,000.
