This place is new and fantastic! A great addition to the luxury hotel scenes in kuta mandilika. We would have stayed longer if we had known this place sooner. During our sixday vacation in lombok, we spent two nights at this lovely property, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Everything about this location is wonderful. As you pass by jalan raya kota, the view is very captivating. Its really pleasant to see its ecominimalist design. Our accommodation was in unit number 4, which was right at the end of the property and was fantastic. The bedroom is quite large, with a very comfortable queensize bed overlooking the pool, perfectly decorated with ecofriendly interiors that also applied in the bathroom. This location, situated on jl. Raya Kutan, close to famous restaurants, within walking distance of beaches, and only ten minutes drive from the pertamunika international street circuit, is unquestionably the ideal spot to stay for the motogp or for reuniting in Kutaba malikawa. They dont have an eatery, but we can order food from Loka which is right next door, or we may walk to most of those wellknown eateries on jalla. Thank you to all the staff. We had a great time during our stay in neptune. Danny and natallia were incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us with everything we needed. The room was fantastic, and the place was cleaned every day. I would suggest it to anyone searching for secluded little villas with whirlpools right in front of their beds. For my online meetings, the wifi was extremely reliable.

I spent one night at neptune studios in the middle of the night in july 2023. When i arrived in lombok late at night as a female solo traveler with lastminute accommodation issues, ill be back. The owners responded quickly and exceeded all expectations, as they went above and beyond to make sure ive got ya have t he place to stay. Very late around midnight and very last minute, the proprietors themselves came to meet me and prepare the room. In addition to the owners/staff being friendly and attentive, cleanliness was maintained throughout the property. It was exquisitely designed, spotless, cozy, and just the ideal location to unwind and unplug. I wish if able to remain longer, but when relocating to lombak again, im definitely staying there again. Once again for your assistance, thank you!.

In august 2023, i spent five nights at neptune studios. The villa is stunning and luxurious, it is actually even better than the photos, and everything was immaculate. There is plenty of room in the bedroom for storage, as well as a safe and air conditioning. Both he large bathtub and tv in his bathroom. My experience was quite clean, but the pool is larger than it appears. Everything feels incredibly opulent, with lots of plants and decor that is spotless. Its difficult to enjoy the villa during the day, so its not easy to do so. They offered prepaid airport transfers, which was very practical (170 k in cash only). A highquality breakfast was provided! Because lombok is predominantly Muslim, calls to prayer will be broadcast 5 times yearly via loudspeakers beginning at 5 am and throughout the year. Overall, the hotel itself was fantastic, however, depending on what kind of vibes you want for reserving for your vacation, lombak may or may not be suitable for you.

We are grateful for having us! We worked remotely for a week during our stay, and natalia and haelani took excellent care of us. Neptune is stunning and welldesigned, with great wifi, comfortable beds, an amazing bathroom, & savoring billiards. We adored it! A delicious coffee is only ten minutes walk away from all the bustle of kuta without being in the thick of things. Many thanks for it.

The apartments are exquisitely luxurious, conveniently located, with soft lighting fixtures and grounded furnishings that create a calm atmosphere and atmosphere. And yes, there is savorable private swimming pool. We appreciate the team and haelani for an unforgettable stay.

The location of the villa is in the best location in kuta. The staff made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful hospitality. A perfect example of an excellent villa! One of my favorite villas ive ever been to. Very helpful and friendly receptionists. Excellent staff who knew how to serve the client. Room was wellequipped and the interior was beautiful! I am an interior designer and must say this is a beautiful place that has been lovingly designed and serviced. We could see the pool and feel the cool breeze from the bed. Our villa was in an ideal position. As soon as you leave the house, you simply need to follow the road and there is no direct path to the beach and all the restaurants and services. Kutaka beach, renowned for its beauty, is an amazing place to relax, unwind, and watch the stunning sunset. It was calming and peaceful environment to walk in such pristine surroundings.

First of all, a special thanks to the kind and wonderful staff and owner, named natallia, for being so helpful and caring during our twoday stay. This property is incredibly welldesigned and is brand new. Everything in it appears to have been carefully considered during construction and design. Its also immaculate. The studios are situated on jalan raya kuta which is home to some of the best restaurants in the area. Mandalika circuit and khata beach are both close by. Convenience stores are scattered around. We stayed in unit 4, which was the farthest away from the road, because they have four studio units. Both the bed and pillow were quite cozy. Additionally, the blackout curtains promotes better sleep. I believe the tropical bathroom design is excellent. Also, my favorite is the scent of soap and shampoo, which smells great. Water pressure is fantastic. Although they dont serve breakfast, there is one restaurant next door that serves delicious food (picture attached). They can deliver to your room as well. You can inquire about the owners or staff for recommendations. Now for something to improve on. Since our apartment wasnt clean, we didnt use it during my stay because the private pool was dirty. At the bottom of this pool, dirt sediment was visible, making it less interesting. Just to let everyone know that this property doesnt have tv. Yes

I spent three days here. We originally planned to stay for six days but decided to remain in pullman. Pullman is a 5star hotel and we had the most expensive suit, but neptunes won my heart. It was by far the best place i have ever stayed and ive traveled all over the world. Things that nocturnal forces, like the noise from the gym or the chicken, didnt bother me at all, however, what ill focus on is the stay, it was warm, comfortable, sexy, stylish, modern, and so on. I was there for four months and lived in many different places, yet niceptuns was my favorite. Thank you to the staff and Natalie, well see you again next year.

The villa is elegant and simple. What else is there to feel right at home while on vacation? A large, fresh, natural villa that is close to all the amazing beaches, restaurants, and cafes. After a long, hot day of visiting, is it better than soaking in your own private pool? I think not! We loved all of the extras-comfy robes and slippers, luxurious amenities, let's just say the bathroom is absolutely amazing. I sent the photo to idot know, if we had not had the same experience without their guidance in lombok? We enjoyed the gym next door, the spa and massages at matcha, dinner at kenzo, breakfast at Gecko. The staff organized laundry, motorcycles, car transfers to the ports, stocking our minibar, etc. Natalia and david are completely hospitable. They are the epitome of good hospitality. And every good company should strive to do what they are doing. Neptune, good job. We cant wait to tell everyone about your fantastic villas because we have stayed here for ages and can only hope to return. Sarah and Steve.

I highly recommend this place to stay! Neptune studios 5 stars are well worth it. Everything they offer is of the highest quality and a step further than neptuni studio, its rated one star. The bed, blackout curtains, both bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the bathroom is amazing, all amenities are provided, linen is super soft, professional staff, and more.

This is the best room we have stayed in during our trip to indonesia! Beautiful, tasteful suites with excellent finished construction and highquality construction. Very friendly, helpful, and reactive staff who can help you book surf classes/guides, scooters and laundry (we paid everything directly to neptune instead of having to pay for services individually). We loved the room it was beautiful, quiet, fun and we enjoyed spending time there. It was clean and cleaned regularly, had a pool, bathtub, shower with good pressure, etc.
