Jacuzzi requires high amount of electricity therefore it is quite costly for us to turn it on. And not all guests want to use it and they will mind if we put the cost of hot tub in our base price. Therefore, we decided to make it optional with extra charge🙏
Best if you tell us min 24hr before arrival if you want to use the hot tub because it's taking a long time to heat it up (up to 12hrs)🙏

Given our price point and location. Our facilities are quite unbeatable!!

Room details:
* Master bedroom has TV 📺 ▶️, a private garden with private toilet, Shared Bathroom, balcony, AC
* 1-set of Connecting rooms for inseparable kids and cousins to hang out. 
These rooms have breathtaking views of the valley (you need to experience it to believe it! 😉) and you can hear the sound of the river most times of the year
* One of the connecting rooms have a thrilling hanging chair ☁️🪑, if you need some time alone by yourself, enjoying coffee and reading books 📙undisturbed 🎧. You will this hanging chair (check it out in the gallery!)
* One of the room with King bed is a glass glamping tent 🏞️, cooled by an air cooler. It is perfect for a tent setting with great ventilation and cool air at night❄️. 
* The room with 2 twin beds 🛏️🛏️ is separated but located just beside the main building. It has a bathroom just outside, perfect, if you want privacy and a bathroom mostly to yourself. It also has an AC and a TV 📺 with Amazon Prime ▶️. 
* All rooms have a table and mirror, just in case you need to dress up 

Please note:
* We have cctv installed outside only. No alarm installed on doors and windows. 
* The villa is located near vast, relaxing greeneries 🌲🌳🌿. While beautiful to look at, you can expect to see bugs and insects 🐞 outside and inside the villa. When you see them, feel free to call the caretaker, and he will gladly take care of them for you 🙋🏻‍♂️ 👍
*Electrical stove may take a little take longer to heat up, compared to  gas stove but it is a lot more hygienic and safe, thus much more pleasant for your family's stay. However, please do not hesitate to ask the caretaker for help to maximize the temperature, if you need to.
* If the water for shower is not warm, please do not hesitate to ask the caretaker or call the admin for help. We use gas heater, so there will virtually be no waiting time for you and the temperature can get pleasantly warm, when you use the shower. However, because the LPG can be used up after sometime, if you find that the water is not hot enough, please ask the caretaker for help and he will gladly solve the problem for you.
*Heating water using the gas heater may make the water flow very slightly slower because of the heating mechanism. But it should nevertheless be pleasant for you to shower with. 

How to get here:
*We will send the exact location h-1  and pin to enter villa before check-in. (our care taker will help you with check-in)
* You may encounter a steep slope, when driving to the villa. But it is quite wide. Cars 🚗, motorcycles and even a 30-passenger bus 🚌 are able to drive up the slope with no problems. However, there are also security guards 👮 to help handle the traffic, if you need them, especially during holiday season, where there may be more traffic than usual.
