Omah Sulaem Homestay

Omah Sulaem is a cozy and quiet 2-story home located in a safe, flood-free residential area on the border of Malang and Batu. The house is perfect for small families, students visiting UB or UMM, and travelers who want easy access to the city while staying in a peaceful neighborhood.

The property has two AC bedrooms located on the second floor, providing a cool and comfortable rest. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a water heater, and the downstairs bathroom uses cold water. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooking utensils, dining ware, a rice cooker, kettle, and refrigerator. The living area includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

The home accommodates up to 5 guests, and extra beds are available for an additional fee (150K per bed per day, max 2 extra beds). The house has a dedicated parking space for one car. To ensure comfort for all residents in the area, parties, gatherings, outside guests, smoking, and pets are not allowed.

The location is convenient and well-connected—walking distance to cafés, minimarkets, and local food options. Guests also have access to several alternative routes that make it easy to reach UB, UMM, Dinoyo, Suhat, and Tlogomas without heavy traffic.
