I stayed for 9 nights in January 2023. Staff were amazing and helpful. This place was in a central and safe place. The villa was spacious and very clean. It has an abundance of plants and flowers and the pool and garden are a treat to relax in the heat of the afternoon. This place is not recommended.

We stayed at Rum Villas in July 2019 and had a great time. Mike was very timely and helpful with correspondence. Our maid Ryan was wonderful, especially with our children. Her cooking was great and she couldn't have helped us enough. The location was great, a short walk to the main strip with shops and restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Not glitzy but very pleasant and everything we needed. We will definitely be back and stay there again!.

The rum villas were a fantastic place to stay. The rooms and shared spaces were clean, tidy, functional, and yet homey. The location was ideal for the smaller villa we were in a little farther from the noise and busy seminar streets, but close enough that we could still walk everywhere and everything was easily accessible. The villa is also close to a lovely coffee shop, which is a nice addition. The villas were very private with all the facilities you could want aircorn in the bedrooms, full sized fridges and stovetops in the kitchens, ceiling fans in most spaces, and us and our belongings were always safe and secure. Unfortunately, due to the size of our group of 18 people, we had to split across most of the villas rather than being all together, but it was fine because the large villa is only a short walk from the small ones. The housekeeping and facilities staff were genuinely excellent. The staff was thorough, friendly, and friendly, and they kept our villas looking beautiful. Linen was constantly changed, outdoor areas cleaned, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens cleaned. The staff also made us delicious breakfasts for a small fee, washed and folded our clothes, and promptly resolved the one very minor maintenance issue we had at our villa. I would unquestionably suggest staying at Rum Villas if you want to stay somewhere in seminar that is private, fairly quiet, with all the amenities for you to really unwind, but still close to the main drag of the seminar and the surrounding countryside. Rum Villas was a great place to stay. The rooms and shared areas were clean, tidy, useful, and cozy. The location was ideal for the smaller villas we were in, being a bit farther from the noise and busy seminar streets, but close enough to walk everywhere and everything was very accessible. We stayed 9 nights in January 2023 and couldn't fault it. The staff are amazing and helpful. central and safe position. Large and spacious villas. Everything was cleaned and maintained impeccably. The pool and garden are lush to come home to in the peak of the afternoon.
