This place is truly luxurious, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and professional, arranging boat transfers for us. I highly recommend this place.

had the best holiday on lembongan island and enjoyed perfect accomodation. Janu the manager will go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Secret Outlook is reasonably new and modern. The villa is spacious and comfortable. Lovely sitting on the upstairs deck with views over the water to Ceningan Island. Was worried when booking the area would be too quiet and isolated, but is actually in a really good location with several good restaurants and bars close by, and when you want to venture further you can hire a scooter from the manager. Bathroom is large, water pressure good. Air conditioner (in upstairs bedroom only) works excellent. Will definitely book again if returning to Lembongan.

The room is large, very clean, with great air flow, big comfy beds and surrounded by a beautiful Balinese garden and swimming pool which you often have to yourself. The staff, particularly those who I dealt with the most were friendly and helpful. The location is good if you want to be away from the action and near a nice secret beach. I didn't really like mushroom bays offerings as it was full of quasi resort, loud restaurants and cassava was a nice, quiet oasis.

We had a good experience during our one-night stay at this lovely spot. We called the owner to be helped when we were dropped off by a fast boat on a beach due to low tide. He was very kind to drive all the way to the yellow bridge and picked us up! He saved our day! The location is lovely and close to the diving center. The hotel accommodated our schedule and served breakfast by 7 a.m. when we had to get up early for diving. Further, they assisted us in arranging a flight from Lembogan to Bali and dropped us off at the mushroom beach, which is a 10-minute walk away. I appreciate you all so much and will definitely come back again.

This place is amazing. Im so happy we moved from another place to stay here. Clean, modern, with all the amenities you need. Near to everything, especially dream beach and devils tears. Delicious restaurants right outside the door. We also took a great tour of the island through them. The owner is also very helpful. Stay here!.

An absolutely stunning first stay on nusa lembongan. From the moment we first arrived on the beach by boat to the moment we left, we were greeted. The manager organized tours, taxis, dinner reservations, and massages. The daily keepers were also great. The villa is clean and well equipped, and its close to everything, but also has its own slice of peace and quiet.

The employee was very kind. When I was late for the ferry, they took us scooter and brought us down to the ferry. The price was also worth it. The staff were fantastic. The bed in the cottage was really comfortable. The outside bathroom here was also nice.

Our stay at Cassava was fantastic. The bungalows are well decorated, and the bathrooms are wonderful. Although the street leads to a not so beautiful beach, it was very quiet, but you can go to several restaurants and bars for activities like snorkeling and diving on foot within 5 minutes. Breakfast was typical for the area, so there isn't much variation, and we always had an omelet and a pancake, which was definitely sufficient for us. You can rent scooters directly from the hotel.

Kehati-hatian staf 10 poin! Selalu penuh perhatian dan kontak. Mereka meninggalkan buku yang berisi rekomendasi restoran, bar, tamasya, persewaan sepeda motor, semua yang Anda butuhkan.

I highly recommend this place. I like the bungalows. The condition is clean and well maintained. The outside bathroom is beautiful and spacious. I also like the manager and his wife for being so kind and helpful.

The staff were lovely, helpful and very accommodating for all our needs. The place was tended to twice a day, the fridge stocked which was also very handy and cheap. The only downfall was there was no conditioner and the tv was only downstairs so we brought it up to the room for our stay. It was a gorgeous spot with the most amazing view to wake up to. One of the best restaurants was right across the road!! Thanks again, it was wonderful
