REFLECTIONS BY HOLIDAY VILLA DAGO GUEST CAPACITY REGULATIONS
Dago Pakar Resort has ESTABLISHED REGULATIONS for operating villas; with the maximum number of guests and the number of cars.
Capacity limit:
3 Bedrooms: 9 people (3 cars)
4 Bedrooms: 12 people (4 cars)
5 Bedrooms: 15 people (4 cars)
6 Bedrooms: 18 people (5 cars)
7 Bedrooms: 21 people (5 cars)
8 Bedrooms: 24 people (6 cars)
10 bedrooms: 30 people (8 cars)
(DO NOT EXCEED THE CAPACITY SPECIFIED. Total capacity will be reported to the housing authority)
The villa HAS THE RIGHT to cancel the reservations / will not allow guests to check-in if guest does not comply with the rules (exceeding the specified capacity).
VILLA REGULATIONS
[If there is CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULE AFTER D-30 of check-in date, including urgent matters, wrong booking dates, death of a family member, infections of covid-19 virus, terminal illness, government travelling regulations and such, ALL PAYMENTS will be VOIDED]

1.The villa REQUIRES a deposit before check-in to guarantee damage. Deposit is only acceptable via mobile / internet banking transfer, debit or credit card (CASHLESS PAYMENT ONLY) (there will be a 2% surcharge fee for deposit via debit / credit card)
Deposit will be refunded if there is no damage.
Villa 3-5 rooms: IDR 1,500,000.
Villa 6-8 rooms: IDR 2,000,000.
Villa 10 rooms: IDR 3,000,000.
2.Getting drunk / usage of drugs is STRONGLY PROHIBITED (vomiting carelessly, destroying villa property, unattended trash and garbage, loud noises / disturbing neighbors). If this occurs, deposit will not be refunded.
3.Guests planning to bring decorations MUST REPORT to management because there is an additional deposit of IDR 3,000,000.00. (Excluding the villa deposit) All decorations MUST be cleaned before check-out.
If decorations are not cleaned, deposit will not be refunded.
4.Check-in time is at 14.00
Check-out time is at 12.00

Additional fees apply for early check-in / late check-out, the hourly rate is:
-3 bedrooms villa 250,000.
-4 bedrooms villa 300,000.
-5 bedrooms villa 350,000.
-6 bedrooms villa 400,000.
-7 bedrooms villa 450,000.
-8 bedrooms villa 500,000.
-10 bedrooms villa 600,000.
5.We DO NOT ALLOW sound systems / organs / devices that will cause noise, because our villas are next to our neighbours.
6.AVOID BEING NOISY after 9 PM, so as not to disturb the surrounding neighbours. If guests are unable to cooperate and cause an intolerable commotion, the residential management will turn off the electricity and stop the water flow in the villa. If this continues to happen, the management will ask guests to leave without refund.
7.DO NOT MOVE any furniture in the villa. If any furniture is moved, guest MUST RETURN the furniture to its original place. If furniture is found not returned to its original position, deposit will not be refunded.
8.Pets are PROHIBITED anywhere at the villa premises.
