Such a wonderful spot! Clean, fantastic service, amazing breakfast. Not necessarily in central Seminyak but there are lots of great restaurants a short walk or short Grab drive away!!!

Tempatnya sangat bagus, saya menginap selama 1 bulan dan tidak pernah bosan. Lokasinya di tengah-tengah dekat Canggu, Seminyak dan Pantai Petitenget. Stafnya sangat ramah dan sangat membantu, ada keamanan 24 jam, parkirannya juga luas.

A large and spacious villa with a swimming pool. Perfect place for a family, complete with a stove, refrigerator, water dispenser, tv with netflix, and bathtub for each room. The door to the bathroom is a bit broken and needs repair as the rail is out of place.

Aditya and his team provided excellent service. The bathroom and bedroom were fantastic, as was the nice smart tv with strong wifi. The villa was very roomy, lightfilled, and tastefully designed. I spent a month here and was quite happy.

Ive been there for two days, and the staff is incredibly friendly and tidy. The room has a pleasant scent, and of course, it is a pleasant surprise. Excellent hospitality.

The location is good. The villa is located off a busy road, you cant hear the traffic from the villa, there are some great restaurants and a 10minute walk to the beach along a narrow path. Be careful as motorbikes mount the path to avoid jams. The villa itself feels a bit dated, but generally clean. There are some cracks and chips in the tiles, some of the furniture is a bit dirty, but manageable. At the time of our stay, there was some minor construction nearby. The pool is small and a bit cold, but it feels great after a day at the beach. The concierge team is great, very accommodating and willing to help. If you need help and they are not around because no one else speaks english, there can be a challenge. One or two of the waiters were very rude, especially when they delivered breakfast. Breakfast was good, when they got it right. Most mornings there was something wrong or missing. Many inconsistencies. Would we return? Possibly. But there are so many options in the area at a similar price point.
