HOUSE RULES – HARAP DIBACA SEBELUM MENYEWA

Dengan melakukan pemesanan, tamu dianggap telah membaca dan menyetujui seluruh peraturan berikut:

1. Non-Smoking Room
Unit kami STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Denda sebesar Rp500.000 akan dikenakan apabila terdeteksi bau rokok saat checkout.

2. Jam Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: mulai pukul 15:00 WIB (harap konfirmasi jika membutuhkan early check-in)
- Check-out: pukul 11:00 WIB

3. Sistem Check-in (PENTING)
Harap diperhatikan bahwa unit ini adalah APARTEMEN (bukan hotel).
- Tidak tersedia layanan resepsionis untuk proses check-in
- Tamu tidak dapat check-in langsung di front desk
- Kami menyediakan self check-in system
- Detail akses unit akan disiapkan melalui mailbox dan diinformasikan sebelum kedatangan

4. Identitas Tamu
Sebelum check-in, tamu WAJIB memberikan identitas diri yang masih berlaku (KTP / KITAS / Passport) sesuai dengan nama pada reservasi.
Tanpa ID yang valid, kami berhak menolak check-in.

5. Pemesanan di Hari yang Sama (Same-Day Booking)
Tamu yang melakukan pemesanan di hari yang sama dengan tanggal check-in WAJIB menginformasikan waktu kedatangan minimal 1 jam sebelumnya.

6. Ketertiban & Kenyamanan
Tamu wajib menjaga ketenangan lingkungan, terutama pada pukul 21:00 – 06:00 WIB.

7. Tanggung Jawab Tamu
Tamu bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan dan kondisi unit selama menginap.

8 .Unit, linen, handuk dan lainnya hanya akan dibersihkan dan diganti saat tamu check-out
Permintaan khusus (make up room) selama masa tinggal Anda tersedia dengan biaya tambahan

HOUSE RULES – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

By making a reservation, guests are deemed to have read and agreed to all of the following rules:

Non-Smoking Room
Our unit is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.
A penalty fee of IDR 500,000 will be charged if cigarette smoke odor is detected during checkout.

Check-in & Check-out Time
Check-in: from 3:00 PM WIB onwards (please confirm in advance if you require early check-in)
Check-out: 11:00 AM WIB

Check-in System (IMPORTANT)
Please note that this unit is an APARTMENT (not a hotel).
There is no receptionist service available for check-in
Guests cannot check in directly at the front desk
We provide a self check-in system
Unit access details will be prepared via mailbox and shared before arrival

Guest Identification
Before check-in, guests are REQUIRED to provide a valid ID (KTP / KITAS / Passport) matching the name on the reservation.
Without valid identification, we reserve the right to refuse check-in.

Same-Day Booking
Guests making a reservation on the same day as check-in are REQUIRED to inform us of their arrival time at least 1 hour in advance.

Order & Comfort
Guests are required to keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM WIB.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the unit during their stay.

Housekeeping
The unit, linens, towels, and other items will only be cleaned and replaced after guest check-out.
Special requests (make-up room service) during your stay are available at an additional charge.


STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
The use of illegal drugs, gambling, intoxication, and smoking in all indoor areas and on the balcony.
