Spent 5 nights at the Ridge as a treat to myself and it exceeded all my expectations. 10/10 for my Ridge View Room. 10/10 for the food at the restaurant. It was very very good. 10/10 for the service I recieved from the staff and all of the Butlers. Thank you The Ridge! I look forward to returning!

We loved our stay at The Ridge! So relaxing and the views are incredible. They made us feel like family, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. We appreciated the hand-chosen artwork, breakfast, attention to detail, architecture, and how well everything was put together. We went on a two-day tour of Ubud and into the mountains and got to see and learn so much about Bali thanks to our driver and hosts. Thank you!

We enjoyed every aspect of our time at the Ridge in Ubud. The staff and butler service were more than accomodating of all our requests and nothing was difficult. The room was excellent and comfortable with spectacular views. The entire experience was easy and relaxing from the moment we arrived. We will happily return to the Ridge on our next visit to UBUD.

Ini adalah fasilitas baru di lokasi yang fantastis dengan 5 apartemen. Setiap apartemen memiliki pemandangan hutan dan sungai di bawahnya. Apartemen yang kami tempati berukuran 145 m 2 dengan ruang yang dipikirkan dengan matang. Tempat tidur besar yang sangat nyaman, lemari pakaian yang luas, bagian dengan kulkas dan mesin kopi, serta teras yang indah dengan kolam renang, dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga meskipun hujan, Anda dapat menikmati makanan dengan tenang atau sekadar menikmatinya. Pemandangan sambil berbaring di kursi panjang atau di bak mandi luar ruangan. Setiap detail dijaga, baik fungsional maupun enak dipandang. Tempat yang dibuat dengan semangat dan cita rasa yang tinggi. Pelayanan fasilitas berada di puncak, kami menerima check-in lebih awal dan check-out tanpa biaya tambahan. Namun, ini baru permulaan karena pekerjaan terbesar dilakukan oleh kepala pelayan yang ditugaskan kepada kami (saya tidak suka kata ini). I had a wonderful stay at the ridge. Its prime location provided easy access to the best ubud has to offer. The breathtaking views from the villa were unparalleled. The hotel staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond. They even came in midday to set up the outdoor area for our evening tea time so that we could enjoy the sunset in the best possible way. Breakfast was also a culinary delight, adding a perfect touch to an already great experience.

The most stunning sunsets are right outside your villa. Everything is exceptional, from the service to the villa itself. They also have a nice little bar if you feel like having breakfast or watching the sunset outside your villa. Loved every minute of our stay and hope to return someday.

This resort is a hidden treasure! Its hidden in such a perfect location, and its amazing how the place transforms from a simple entrance to an amazing oasis. The villa and its view are stunning - you get a beautiful mix of lush green forests and charming rice terraces, where we were able to relax in a quiet and serene environment. And i cant forget to mention agung, our butler. He made us feel special, almost like we were at home, but even better. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Will definitely be back!.

I have stayed at a few different places in this area, but this wonderful new place is my new favorite because the other places are so big and impersonal. Its such an elegant and personal place. You get your own butler to take care of everything you need and of course the view is the best in ubud. Like being on top of the world. Highly recommended.

The most relaxing, wellmaintained, personalized, and tranquil experience. And this is coming from a world traveler! All the praise and rave reviews for the people who designed the ridge with all its amenities. But even more glowing and amazing compliments and reviews for the ridge staff. What an amazing experience! From the moment we were picked up from the airport in a brand new luxury suv, pick up was very easy via whatsapp, to arriving at the villa. Everyone was prepared and our arrival felt flawless and we felt so cared for and pampered. Everyone was so genuine and kind. Thank you so much to our butlers, ngurah and edy. You are amazing! Incredible shining stars indeed. I will sound like a broken record, but everything was amazing. We loved our villa. The air was quiet and kept the villa comfortable cool. Everything was impeccably clean and very modern. The surroundings are quiet, you cant hear traffic or staff working, just you and the jungle and river. Beautiful view of the lush jungle and the four seasons resort. The food is A a a a a! Communication was done via whatsapp with your butler i loved that feature. There was also a phone in the room if you wanted to use it. The restaurant onsite, sayan valley, also serves delicious food and great cocktails. The servers there are very warm and friendly. It was a pleasure to go downstairs and not order room service. We enjoyed the warm atmosphere they created. We have now been to two different luxury boutique villas / hotels and the ridge surpassed all of them by far. I would give 100 stars if i could, and i dont give rave reviews often. Keep up the great work, the ridge team! I hope to come back again in the future!.

It was simply amazing to have breakfast while enjoying the breathtaking view of the ridge. The breathtaking scenery added to the overall experience. Its one of those moments that you just cant get enough of.

I want to return! This location is simply stunning. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty and care, the energy is pleasant and welcoming, and the breathtaking view of the beauty and magnificence of nature in bali leaves you speechless. It gets even warmer with a handwritten note, and you can enjoy tea and cookies at home. Everything was prepared perfectly, including the tub outside, the bed, and the bed. Our time was made incredibly pleasant by edy, and our experience was undoubtedly seven stars.

In November, i stayed here for a few nights, and i was blown away by the level of comfort and service. With a stunning infinity pool overlooking the river below and the campuhan ridge, the room and terrace are completely private. The Butler service was a nice touch, not intrusive, but every need was anticipated and catered for. A very special location!.

This is one of the best properties ive ever stayed at. The service is amazing and i was treated like royalty. They anticipated my needs and i never had to ask for anything. I really love this villa. I think everyone should try staying here, at least for 2 nights. I like everything about it. The view is the first thing. Imagine you live in a villa with unobstructed views of rice fields and greenery. Nature sounds can be heard clearly, making the atmosphere even more calming. In terms of price, i got 6 million per night. In my opinion, it is very worth it considering all the facilities and beauty we get. The villa staff were all very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Thank you, bli adi! Regarding the room, i really like the bed, the sheets and the bed are very comfortable. I slept very well all night. The design of the villa is very good from every angle, even when i took pictures everything turned out great. The outdoor bathtub is very well put and well designed, the hot water works well. The plunge pool is the right size and depth. Oh, i tried the massage service, but i thought the massage was not good, it needs to be improved.

This place is truly exceptional in the most picturesque area of ubud. The ridge has only recently opened, and it is clear that the minor details have not been overlooked. We appreciated the Marshall speaker with bluetooth for music playing. The indoor shower was enormous, with glass surrounding it unusually, many highend hotels forget shower screens and the bathroom floor can remain damp. There are two day beds on the balcony overlooking the river and rice fields. One is exposed to the sun, and the other has a roof, so if its raining in the afternoon, you can still sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is also fantastic. Ive been visiting the sayan area of ubud since 2017, and this is by far my favorite place. With protected rice terraces and palm trees, you can truly escape into the tranquility of this microclimate and microculture while being close enough to dip in and out of the high amenities such as river rafting, monkey forrest, yoga retreats, worldclass dining, etc. We are also very impressed with the ridge, and we are already planning to return next year. P. S. After speaking with the staff, we also learned that made, a local balinese man with apparent wealth of experience, is behind this hotel, and i think it really shows. Mades vision for these villas, which are only a joglo with the highend interior design you would expect.
