I stayed about 10 nights here, the best experience I've done, loves the ambience.. great little pool, the staffs are superb nice, great service too, easy to got around the areas as many warung nearby

The location of Tom Guest House is close to the bus stop and the city center. The staff is very friendly, and very helpful. I felt very comfortable during my stay at Tom Guest House.

I would stay here again? Location, room size, pool, and staff no cleanliness, what do I think? From someone who has visited Bali several times, I was recommended toms guest house. His top 3 rating at this guesthouse is excellent. I was anticipating a 5-star hotel with a convenient location, a lovely pool, and a spacious and clean room. How wrong was I! The room had what appeared to be brand new bedding, nicely presented with swan towels. At first sight I was absolutely delighted but it didnt seem as clean as youd imagine. There was a kettle and two mugs but no tea coffee, so this was rendered useless. The bathroom had a lovely shower and was decent in size. However, the lack of effort was immediately noticeable. Water marks on the floor and around the shower were visible. After a decent nights sleep, we left the room to the pool. Although it is fairly small, the beach is only a 10-minute walk away, so you really need to save the world by not using extra water to wash clothing and other items. Two days later, we asked for our room to be cleaned. Again, the little cafe has been taken over to care of the outside, which seems to have not been cleaned in a long time. I also must mention that the restroom was not cleaned a single time during our stay. This guesthouse is not expensive, but

The room was spacious and clean and had a closet and a spacious bathroom with a nice rain shower. There is a mini fridge and the pool is nice and clean. It is about a ten minute walk to ground zero memorialmain strip and 20 minutes to the beach. The staff is always on hand to answer questions and fulfill any needs. We arrived earlier than checkin time and they allowed us to hang around by the pool till the room was clean. We also were able to settle in early. Nice, clean and generally a great place to stay during your trip to Kota!.

The cleanliness here is good, and the peaceful atmosphere is also very affordable. I liked the location where Tom is close to the minimarket and sleep places and also they gave us the opportunity to drink and sleep in a comfy environment. The great thing about this place is the courtesy and attentiveness of the employees.

I booked Tom's Guest House as a last-minute decision, and I'm glad I did! Very clean rooms and bathrooms, and the pool is also very cool. €20 per night with wifi breakfast. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and nighttime food options in the area.

We stayed here 4 nights in total and were happy with the hotel, especially for the price. The room was large, clean and well equipped with fridge, TV and AC (although no kettle which would be handy with no breakfast included). The location isnt ideal, as you’re a few streets away from the main tourist area, however there’s a scooter rental place right across the street. The location is also good for super cheap local food.

Good location to main strip of Kuta although did feel a little unsafe at night . Had everything you needed and great price. Other guests very noisy . Needs new pillows tho as they were mouldy
