HOUSE RULES

Maximum Occupancy: 4 Adults + 2 Children

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with the following rules.

1. Occupancy & Visitors

Maximum overnight guests: 4 adults and 2 children.

Additional visitors are allowed with prior approval.

Extra visitor fee: IDR 150,000 per person.

Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless registered and paid.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 15:00 – 23:30

Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out until 12:00 PM may be granted based on availability.

Late check-out beyond approved time may incur additional charges.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required.

The deposit will be returned after check-out inspection if no damage or violations occur.

Any damages, missing items, or rule violations will be deducted accordingly.

4. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00

Strictly no loud music, parties, or excessive noise.

This villa is located in a residential area and must comply with local community regulations.

5. Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

6. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

A designated smoking area is provided.

Smoking inside the property will result in penalty charges for deep cleaning.

7. Pets Policy

Pets are allowed under the following conditions:

Additional pet fee applies.

Pets are not allowed to:

Sleep on beds or sofas

Use the swimming pool

Owners must provide:

Pet bed

Food and water bowls

Sanitary supplies

Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.

8. Cleaning & Linen

Housekeeping: 1 time per week

Linen change: 2 times per week

Additional cleaning services may be arranged at extra cost.

9. CCTV & Security

CCTV is installed in:

Parking area

Exterior areas facing outside

No cameras are installed inside the villa to ensure guest privacy.

10. Damages & Liability

Guests are financially responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused during their stay.

Charges will be based on repair or replacement cost.

Management reserves the right to request immediate compensation for significant damage.

11. Illegal Activities

Strictly no drugs or illegal substances on the property.

Indonesian law applies, and violations will be reported to authorities.

Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.

12. Safety & Conduct

Guests must maintain reasonable behavior and respect neighbors.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate stay for violations of house rules.
