Nice place, rooms a bit small but still good. Staff was very kind. Wish they had better plugs for charging devices, had to use our kids room next door as ours didn’t have a working one, not a big deal however.

Lovely friendly staff super close to beach - didnt try food pool was nice to sunbathe at only stayed 1 night - great spot , was attending wedding close by and the rooms there were 3 times price and this hotel was lovely and 3rd price- highly recommend

Lingkungannya sangat bagus dan santai, semuanya dijaga sampai detail terkecil, dekorasi Bali sangat indah, Anda dapat menghirup suasana Bali yang sebenarnya meskipun di hotel kontemporer. Kamar nyaman dan sangat bersih, ada TV dan AC serta kamar mandi pribadi di setiap kamar. Harganya sangat menguntungkan dan sarapan di restoran Italia "Romano" enak.

The rooms are small and have a nice layout, and the place is immaculately clean. I particularly like the open ceiling concept in the shower room. The swimming pool also has a jacuzzi function. The food at the restaurant is delicious. I highly recommend trying the fresh tuna carpaccio!.

The staff is very friendly and will do anything for you with a big smile. The food is very delicious, especially the breakfast. The rooms are nice, the pool and the grounds are beautiful. Its a peaceful relaxing stay here. We highly recommend it and will be back.

Our time at villa casablanca surf keramas in bali was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially anis, mia, and pitri. Anis at the reception greeted me with warmth and professionalism from the moment we arrived, making us feel immediately welcome. Her knowledge of the area and her eagerness to help set the tone for a wonderful stay. Both servers at the resort, mia and pitri, were outstanding in their attention to detail and dedication to providing personalized service. Mias willingness and determination to provide exceptional service were spot on, enhancing our familys experience in bali. Pitris attentive service by the pool was the icing on the cake of a relaxing day in the sun. Their friendly and efficient service made every meal and moment at the resort more enjoyable. The beautiful surroundings of villa casablanca surf keramas, along with anis, mia, and pitris topnotch service, made my trip to bali an unforgettable experience. The property was brilliantly located only 100m from Komune where i was attending a wedding. Small but great the phased which is pool has a section under cover which is good. Food and drink can also be purchased which is great. The owner kindly help me organise a taxi rather than use their car service which for one person was expensive. My only criticism is there was no water left each day for drinking. Only 2 bottles when you arrived that were not replaced. This is poor as all hotels even the cheapest in bali replenish. The other issue was that the TV provided a range of channels but you had to pay to see a movie unless you went through the you tube station which was a constant pain

Its brand new, just a soft lunch, the best room with the best value, the best restaurant, a nice swimming pool with a pool bar, and a pool with a water jet and bubbles like a jacuzzi.

The property Casablanca provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay near keramas surf beach. Booking, checkin and checkout were simple, with excellent communication from the hotel both before and during your stay. Next door to the large Komune resort. The rooms are not large but comfortable for two people. This is definitely a place to add to my favorites list.

If the staff is complete, i will definitely return. There was a single woman who was the receptionist, waitress, cook, and overall handler. The quality is compromised, but she did her best. Given that it was a quiet day in bali.

I recommend staying here to have a good vibe. The villa in gitanyar regency is so amazing and beautiful. Close to the beautiful beach of keramas village. Nice view. The staff is very helpful. The room is comfortable.
