Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3 pm (WITA). However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11 am (WITA) while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check-in fee applied at IDR 200,000 after 8 pm (WITA) as compensation for the staff overtime.

The space
Villa Cinnal’s master bedroom has a direct view of the swimming pool and is completed with a secluded outdoor bathtub for you to immerse in a fresh bath. The next-door bedroom is equipped with an indoor bathtub with a garden view, inviting you to take a moment to rest and relax after a day of adventure. The third bedroom treats you to an outdoor shower where you can indulge in the refreshing feeling of the water cascading over your skin under the stars.
The hub of Villa Cinnal is a warm and inviting space where everyone can come together to socialize, relax, and connect. Whip up some of your favorite dishes in a fully equipped kitchen, enjoy delicious antipasti and wine pairings on the kitchen island, and serve your impressive creations on the long dining table for all to enjoy. Guest access
As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with jungle view, but the road access is quite bad (not smooth and perfect). The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress, and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.
