I highly recommend it! Beautiful new villa in the center of seminyak! Large, well decorated, all equipped, quiet, large swimming pool with plenty of space to sun tan or have dinner with friends, nice balinese vibes with traditional joglo architecture and ciconut trees in its middle. 5 minutes walk from all the best spots in seminese town (La Favela) and 10/12 minutes stroll to the beach. Very sweet and helpful staff come every day to clean and provide you with everything you need.

I cant say enough good things about this place. This is by far the best villa ive ever stayed in bal, and i have no complaints about it. The service, location, cleanliness, aesthetics, overall comfort were all 10/10. From now on, this will be my home in bangkok!.

I had a fantastic three days there with pals. The private pool was enormous, as i was taken easly astounded by the accommodations, which are just like the photos! Petitenget beach is not too far away from the location, and there are numerous stores, spas, cafes in close proximity, such as the flea market, seminyak square, the revolver, bossman, la Favela, among other places in the area. Will undoubtedly remain there again!.

This villa is very beautiful and beautiful! I felt at home immediately! The traditional joglo has a comfortable living area and surrounded by coconut trees. Feel the sunshine and the breeze! Also impressed by the very friendly and courteous staff. The villas location in the middle of seminyak, within walking distance to everything, but still very quiet and peaceful.

The location is in the center of seminyak. The cleanliness is good and the atmosphere is comfortable. This place is very suitable for a staycation.

The villa cocotier is a brandnew villa located in the center of seminyak. The location is ideal, within walking distance to convenience stores, cafes, shops, and other amenities. Additionally, the villa personnel are very helpful. It is tastefully furnished. Large and spotless pool. Will undoubtedly suggest it to friends and return!.

Excellent villa that is ideal for groups of friends. The rooms and lounge area have lovely finishes. Beautiful pool. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Shortly before your stay, the team is proactive in setting up a whatsapp group to share information and assist with activities. Seminyakeat street is only ten minutes away, and there are many nearby local restaurants serving delicious breakfast and lunch. Convenience stores are within 1-2 minutes walk. If you give the driver instructions, it is fairly simple to get tastier cars to drive down the laneway. On one occasion, there was very loud construction noise that sounded like demolition right next door. So beware that construction may start right around the corner.

Stay in your dream villa in Seminyak’s prime location. 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large private pool, and an open living area A tropical and tranquil getaway in the bustle of Seminyak
The spacious private pool is the heart of the villa, surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery in the middle of bustling Seminyak.

The space

All 5 bedrooms are situated around the pool area and offer private bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with A/C, comfortable beds, wardrobes, and large sliding glass doors toward the garden. The perfect spot for a good night's sleep and some privacy.

The common area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a TV corner, a large dining table, and a comfortable lounge area overlooking the pool. You can be sure to find your favorite spot here in no time and enjoy your holiday to the fullest!

The staff is coming daily to clean the villa, and our manager will assist you with all questions and inquiries you might have during your stay. The staff can also prepare a delicious breakfast at the villa for a little surcharge, or a private chef can be hired for lunch and dinner. Please check at least 1 day in advance with the manager for options and pricing.

The manager will also assist you with car/scooter rentals, restaurant visits, massages, baby beds and chairs, taxi rides, laundry service, and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him.

The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 11 people with existing bed, which means that the 11th person is counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
