Hi, I stayed at the villa with family and friends in January and February. The villa is exactly as shown in the photographs. The amenities were fantastic. The villa is roomy and beautiful. We all would have had a wonderful experience bar one incident that destroyed the trip for us. Each room has lockers that communicate via passcode. On the first day there was a problem with the lockers, so we asked one of the staff members to help us and teach us how to use them. He informed us that the locker has a master key, which is stored with the manager, and which resets it. After he rebooted the locker, we all put our valuables, such as money, passports, etc., in the lockers, and each of us put a different passcode. Two days later, the money had been stolen from all of our lockers. Everything that we told the manager was angering Prawira, and we all called the police, but it was ineffective. The manager was extremely incompetent. He was laid back and didn't really help us out. Every day, we had to call him 56 times. He refused to give us the owner's contact information. His stories about how he was there while the staff assisted us with the locker didn't match with what we were with the police. When we got to the police, we also learned that this had happened

Do I have your attention right now? This place is fantastic! The service is out of this world, the villa itself is so luxurious, but it isn't pretentious at all. The location, which is on a main road, is super convenient and it isn't noisy once inside. The rooms are great, and I loved that each room had a bathroom when traveling with a group, which is actually more important than you realize. I only booked two nights because we were traveling with older parents and were worried the seminar would be too busy for more than two days, but since the moment I walked in, I regretted only booking two nights. At the following villa, I still regrettably booked two nights. I can't recommend Villa joss enough, and I'm already hunting for some friends who are willing to travel over for a long weekend so I can reserve this place again. The pool being cleaned and looked after each night. There was mosquito coils lit and placed around the villa after the sun started to dim. The villa's staff is always in the villa. Bug repellent was placed in every room the afternoon we arrived so we could always have some. All issues were remedied quite quickly, including the replacement of the light switches.

The villa itself is extravagant, but it's not overly opulent. Even though it is on a major road, the location is really convenient and once inside, it isn't noisy. The rooms are lovely, and I loved that each room had its own bathroom, which is more crucial than you realize when traveling with a group. As we were traveling with elderly parents and worried the seminar would be overly crowded for more than two days, I only reserved two nights, but honestly, from the moment I entered, I regret only booking two nights. At the following villa, I still regret only booking two nights. I cannot recommend Villa joss enough, and I'm already looking for a few friends who will come over for a long weekend, so I can reserve this hotel once more. I think this will be an unexpected incident. This is our first time staying here, I will describe my experience at this place, I was here, from January through February with my family and friends. I came here with the impression that it looks exactly like in the picture. The villa is large and attractive. The amenities were excellent. Every room has a locker with a passcode. After he rebooted the locker, we all put valuables such as money, passports, etc., and each of us gave a different passcode. The manager was extremely ineffective. He was laid back and did not really help us with anything. We had to call him 56 times every day to get him to return. He refused to provide the owners contact information. His stories about how he was there when the staff helped us with the locker didn't match with our experiences with the police. We also realized that this had occurred twice with him before when we went to the police. Around 3,00 dollars were stolen from our lockers in different currencies. I hope that after this, the owner has the decency to contact us
