Villa Kalia by Pertama Stay

To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe stay, we have some rules and guidelines that we ask all guests to follow. Please read the following rules carefully, and let us know if you have any questions:
1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in time is 3.00 PM, and check-out time is 11.00 AM. Please adhere to these times to facilitate cleaning and preparation for the next guests. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to approval by Pertama Stay and are based on availability. These requests may also be subject to additional fees.
2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The property can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
3. GUESTS AND PARTIES: The property is intended for quiet and peaceful enjoyment by our guests. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written consent from Pertama Stay. Guests who disrupt the tranquility or cause disturbance may be requested to leave and will forfeit their rental payment.
4. NOISE AND DISTURBANCE: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during your stay. To ensure a peaceful environment, we kindly request that loud noise or music be avoided after 10.00 PM.
5. RESPECTING THE STAFF: Our dedicated staff diligently maintain the villa to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. We request your cooperation in keeping the property tidy and avoiding excessive messes out of respect for their efforts. Kindly be advised that additional cleaning fees may be incurred if excessive messes are found.
6. ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY: At Pertama Stay, we prioritize environmental responsibility. Please remember to switch off the AC and lights when not in use, or when leaving the property. Additionally, if you wish to reuse your bath towels, kindly hang them up. If you prefer fresh towels, please place them on the floor. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain our sustainability efforts.
7. BALI'S NATURAL ENVIRONMENT: Bali's tropical climate is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including lizards, geckos, and insects like ants and mosquitoes. Our villa team takes measures to control these, but given Bali's active nature and the open-air design of some of our villas, it can be challenging to eliminate them. Please be aware that these are common in Bali as they are part of the island's natural environment.
8. SAFETY AND SECURITY: Ensure that all doors and windows are firmly secured before leaving the property. Given the Balinese architectural design of the premises, which includes open areas, valuables mustn't be left unattended. We strongly recommend utilizing the safety boxes provided in the bedrooms to store your valuable belongings. Pertama Stay will hold no liability for any losses that may occur.
9. POOL AND OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The pool and outdoor spaces are exclusively available for our guests’ use. We request that all guests observe standard safety protocols when enjoying these amenities. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, and it is essential that children are supervised by adults at all times.
10. CHILDREN: Children residing on the property are the responsibility of the renter and must always be supervised by an adult. Pertama Stay assumes no liability for any incidents or accidents that may arise.
11. BED LINEN AND TOWELS: We typically change bed linen and towels before any check-in, and then every three days. If you prefer more frequent changes, please communicate this to our staff.
12. WATER FOUNTAIN: Please be advised that tap water in Bali is not suitable for drinking. We kindly ask that you use the designated drinking fountain provided for your hydration needs.
13. LEFTOVER FOOD: Please refrain from leaving any leftover food items in the rooms, fridge, or microwave. Doing so may attract pests and result in undesirable odors.
14. PROHIBITION OF FRUIT CONSUMPTION: Due to strong odor and potential discomfort for guests with sensitivities, the consumption or storage of Durian fruit is strictly prohibited on the premises.
15. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING: Kindly dispose of all garbage and recycling in the designated containers. Excessive garbage or recycling may result in additional fees.
16. SMOKING AND VAPING: Smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas but prohibited inside the property. Please utilize the ashtrays provided outdoors and refrain from discarding cigarette butts elsewhere.
17. PET POLICY: Certain pets may be permitted at an additional fee, but only with prior approval from Pertama Stay. Renters who have been allowed to bring their pet must ensure the animal is well-behaved and does not cause damage to the property. Additionally, renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
18. RESPONSIBILITY, DAMAGE, AND LIABILITY: Pertama Stay bears no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises. Renters are entirely accountable for the behavior of their guests and accept full liability for any harm to the villa or its belongings. Repair or replacement of damage to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter.
19. LAW AND REGULATIONS: In accordance with the law, the use of illegal substances, including drugs, is strictly forbidden on the premises. It is also prohibited to record nudity for social media purposes and engage in prostitution within the property's area. Any suspicious activities observed on the premises will be reported to the local authorities. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rental payment.

ADHERENCE TO RULES: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF REIMBURSEMENT IF ONE OR MORE RULES ARE BROKEN.
