A lovely villa with a lovely pool. Delicious breakfast served by friendly staff, very relaxing. A really peaceful haven in the middle of Bali chaos!.

Highly recommended. Beautiful villa with central pavilion, surrounding rooms in beautiful gardens with pool. Very relaxing for a family holiday needing separate spaces for adults. Close walks to favorite restaurants and massages and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, kantum and wayan.

The environment is very pleasant, although it can be challenging to find due to the abundance of villas nearby. Additionally, the presence of dogs makes it less suitable for running or jogging excursions.

The place is wonderful, located in the heart of the trendy Petitenget region. Excellent restaurants and stores can be reached on foot. Though it is on a very dimly lit road at night, it felt secure. The grounds are lovely and ivy. The personnel is lovely and welcoming. The villa is exquisitely finished in a tropical, modern bali style, and we utilized four of the five rooms. The master bedroom is huge and spacious, and it includes a terrace. A modest detached cottage in the garden is gorgeous, but the air conditioner would not cool the room at all. The reason is that the capacity isn't sufficient for the space. Throughout our stay there, it was somewhat scorching hot. We did warn the personnel, but there wasn't much they could do. Fans exist, but these were decorative and insufficient. I should emphasise that I am an architect. The other three rooms are together in a row. These rooms are tiny and basic, one of which has a bathroom with steps, making it challenging to see the kids. Breakfast, which was included, included fruit, toast, and tea. If you pay for additional groceries, the staff will cook for you, which we did. For 5 rooms, there is a hairdryer and an iron. Toiletries are available. The reception in all the rooms and the common areas was awful. The pool is fairly small, with sharp edges

We travelled with a group of 6 adults and 4 children aged 59 to 59. This would be an excellent place. This location will not be advised by families. This is a terrific location in the heart of the trendy Petitenget area. Excellent restaurants and stores can be reached on foot. The gardens are lovely and green. The personnel are friendly and welcoming. And the villa is tastefully made in a tropical-style modern bali fashion. We stayed in 4 of the 5 accommodations. The master bedroom is large and spacious, with a private balcony. The garden's detached cottage is lovely, but the air conditioner did not cool the room at all. It could be the capacity is insufficient for the space. Throughout our visit, it was uncomfortablely hot. Although we told the staff, there was not much they could do. There are fans, but they were decorative and little useful. I should point out that I am an architect because I notice these things. The other 3 rooms are connected in a block. They are tiny and straightforward, and one of them has a bathroom with steps, which was difficult with small kids around. There is a hairdryer and an iron in each of the five rooms, which you can use for sharing. There is a toiletries provided. Every room and the common area had terrible reception. The pool is quite small, and it has sharp edges and loose tiles that were hazardous

This is a rental property. There are five bedrooms spread over three blocks with a private pool and greenery around the property. There is a reading room, kitchen, and dining area as well. Even though it isn't a hotel, we have all the services offered by a nice hotel. Every morning, the caretakers will arrive to cook breakfast, clean the compound and clean the house. The lady cook is able to make a really excellent breakfast. We can prepare on our own in the fully equipped kitchen or have our meals prepared by the staff. The kids enjoyed running around the yard and frolicking in the pool and the adults were very relaxed without fearing the children would get lost. Most of the furniture used were antique.

We stayed at villa koyama in seminyak for 4 nights. The location is good, walkable from main street. But the service and hospitality of the place are zero. There is an electricity budget which if consumed will cut off our electricity. Budget over if we keep the air conditioner on for a few hours in the room. The manager apparently mentioned this to us - but there was no communication on this. When asked he said it must have slipped. So our electricity was cut off on the last night at 1 am when the kids were sleeping in the room! We called him up and he made us pay for buying electricity cards to recharge electricity. We were promised an airport transfer as part of the villa package. However after arriving at the airport the taxi driver asked us for cash and when we called the manager he refused saying we had to pay for the transfer. The pool is very small and not suitable for more than 3-4 people. Zero service as no one was in the villa to cater to our needs. However, the location is good and the rooms are clean.

We wish we could have stayed longer because we are checking out today! A stunning, tranquil oasis with stunning rooms, jungle, and a pool. We will return because kanton and wayan were so kind and accommodating.

My family reunion in Bali was planned for 2015. I have siblings in dakara and a sister in makassar, my husband and I are in western australia. So seminar in Bali was the chosen destination which seemed reasonable. I went to search for a place where 10 of us could be ourselves so the chase began looking for a 5-bedroom villa in seminar. There were a few that caught my eye, but koala was the winner. Everything looked very fine and it was appropriate for my plan. I booked very early in jan 2015 for 29. april 2015. I arrived in Bali later than those arriving from Dakara, so my driver took me to the villa but he got lost. It was very difficult to locate the villa, I gave my driver the manager's contact number so he could direct him where to go. By the way, he is a Balinese who lives in Denpasar and has never heard of the location. It has 2 bedrooms and 3 other bedrooms. I started to wonder if he got it right when I asked him where to go. He said he had had a plan from the manager, and then he was on the phone again because he was lost again. Wow.. It wasn't good on the website how hidden this villa was among locals. He was in the garden, where we saw squirrels happily jumping from one

This is a private rental property. Five bedrooms are housed in three blocks and feature a private pool and greenery around the property. There is also a reading area, a kitchen, and a dining area. Even though it isn't a hotel, we received the entirety of the services provided by a great hotel. Every morning the caretakers will come to cook breakfast, tidy up the compound, and do housekeeping. The lady cook wanton can do a really good breakfast. We can cook in the fully equipped kitchen or have our meals prepared by the staff. The children loved running around the yard and splashing in the pool, and the adults were very relaxed without fearing the children would get lost. The majority of the furniture used was antique.
