Villa Lelys

We are delighted to welcome guests. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow the House Rules below:

1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
For same-day bookings, please allow 60–90 minutes for villa preparation.

2. Identification
All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in, as required by regulations for security purposes.

3. Occupancy
Maximum occupancy must be respected. Extra beds are available at IDR 450,000 per bed per night. Guests aged 5+ exceeding occupancy will incur IDR 250,000 per person per night.
Baby crib is available upon request at an additional charge. Advance booking is required.

4. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy will incur a charge of IDR 250,000 per person per night regardless if they stay for the night or not.

5. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please use outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray. A cleaning fee of IDR 500,000 applies for violations.

6. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Please inquire about our pet policy if needed.

7. Security & Safety
Guests are kindly requested to lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. Any concerns should be reported promptly. Safety deposit boxes are provided; the management is not responsible for unsecured valuables.

8. Respect for Property
Guests are expected to treat the villa with care. Damages will be charged accordingly. Swimming pool decorations, fireworks, and removal of villa items (including towels) are not permitted.

9. Environment
Guests are encouraged to conserve energy and water by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.

10. Communication
The team will contact guests approximately 3 days before arrival to share important information.

11. Pool Maintenance
Regular pool cleaning and chlorine treatment are required to maintain hygiene and safety. During treatment, the water may appear slightly cloudy and the pool may not be usable for a few hours. This is a normal process to eliminate bacteria and keep the pool in optimal condition.
Guests agree to allow access for pool maintenance during their stay. If access is not granted, the cleanliness of the pool cannot be guaranteed.

12. Laundry Service
Laundry is facilitated through a third-party provider. Items are collected and delivered on behalf of guests by the management, who cannot be responsible for any loss, damage, or delays. By using this service, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.

13. General Conditions
As part of Bali’s tropical environment, villas are open in design, and insects may occasionally enter the property. Guests are kindly advised to keep food covered and stored properly to avoid attracting insects.
During the rainy season, heavy rain may sometimes cause minor water ingress, and there may be occasional power outages or internet interruptions. These situations are common across Bali and are beyond the management’s control.

By proceeding with check-in, guests acknowledge and agree to these house rules. We wish all guests a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
